The ABC Homeopathy Forum

Hi Naryssa

I read your letter to the group and I was wondering... when you were at school did you spend long hours front of the computer? Did you eat well? Eating well I mean did you have enough vitamins and nutritions? What kind of shampoo, makeup, toothpaste did you use? Did you buy any cleaning products that you didn't use before?
I'm asking all these questions because in most shampoos, conditioners, hair coloring, toothpastes are ingredients that can be toxic. For example most shampoos, conditioner, lotions, toothpastes have SODIUM LAURYL SULFATE wich is actually designed for industrial use, yet they put it in everyday products and it can be harmful. Exposure to sodium lauryl sulfate may lead to hair loss, eye damage, skin irritations and may leave residual effects on the liver, heart, brain and kidneys. It also can couse coughing, wheezing laryingitis, shortness of breath, headackes, nausea and vomiting. The other ingridient is PROPYLENE CLYCOL wich is an industrial anti-freeze, major ingridient in brake and hydraulic fluid. Also used in cosmetics, toothpaste and lotions. Implicated in contact dermatitis, kidney damage and liver abnormalities.
So I suggest keep away from these harmfull chemicals, read labels when you buy something...
there is also toxins in food like processed food, pills, plastics... many of these toxins produce Xeno-oestrogens, oestrogen dominance, that may result irregular periods, pms, cravings, weight gain, bloating, loss of libido, mood swings, depression, acne... and so on...
