dizziness and vomiting
Any remedies that will help with possible essential oil sensitivity - symptoms are dizziness and vomiting.Started with lightheadedness Saturday morning. By late that evening dizziness began with vomiting for about 12 hours, diarrhea also. Now (36 hours later) no more vomiting but slight headache and slight dizziness.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
My first choice would be NUX V. here. Take 30C several doses and stretch out when better and stop.
4 doses the first day two the next and one per day for 3.
No one seems to realize that one can be allergic/sensitive to nearly anything.
Even "natural" things are suspect many times.
Your body reacted in a "poison" kind of way. This is the vomiting and dizziness. No, you are not in danger. It is a "picture" action to describe the above.
I have a friend that screams from the pain when these oils are accidently encountered. She is also severly allergic to plain rubbing alcohol. She cannot use homeopathy.

This has been a blessing, though very uncomfortable. I did not have a healthy "fear" of these natural things. I had used the essential oil Thyme in my son's humidifier and some got on my finger. I wiped it on my arm! Didn't think anything about it until I got worse and worse and finally called the hospital and described my symptoms and they were baffled...not a virus!!! That's when I reflected on the last 24 hours and thought about the Thyme. I thanked the Lord for having me remember the Thyme because I was scared after talking to the ER people.

Humidifiers should always just be water, no additives. One never knows, just as you found out.
The benefit of the humidifiers is the water. The suggestion of putting something in it comes from those who are trying to please the public. Marketing, Marketing, Marketing.
