How increase in wet dose?
Hi! im a young man, almost 30 years old, do not speak the best english, so please be patience, (thou I will probably understand you much better than you will understand me, so dont be afraid to reply).My trouble is that Im hyper sensitive to any remedy, and I have been overdosing Lyc a year ago, so Im very afraid of doing so again. Her in the country I live in, no doctor/homeopath know anything about wet dosing. I actually first read about it here on the forum!!
Im very interested in the 'put one pellet in glass, empty glass, refill' and so on, so the remedy will fit a sensitive person better, and not act to strong.
So I am thinking to start take the remedy now again after a very long time, but this time diluted in water.
Now the question: If I start taking lyc. 6d 'dump an refill' lets say sips from the 12 cup, how will I continue next time? Cos, as I understand next dose need to be a little bit stronger, cos if its not stronger I risk a gross aggravation.
How do I get next dose a bit stronger?
I would be grateful to hear answers from professionals if possible.
(some info about pellet in water bottle, whom later sucussed, included would be wonderfull)

Could you pleas be more specific in what I should explane about my self..
well I am handsome thou I have a little potbelly. I have a 'dark complexion' (dark hair, olive skin).
I have some grey hairs. Im known for being diplomatic and nice. Im forgetfull, and distracted. Im a thinking/filosofic person. Im always tired. Im still single, (afraid for comitment I guess). Ive heard that Im charming. but on the inside Im insecure.
(I have ben going to a homeopath. Now havent ben seing her for a wile. I have ben testing 8 diferent remedys, Lyc semed to be the one ho fitted me the best of all of them, so Im still interested in Lyc.)

I have ben reading about ALLOT of remedies this year, and I found that I also, besides Lyopodium, also identify much with Sulphur personality and symptoms, but I have never tested it)

I really enjoy the article about watery doses, it was very inspiring!
Now how do I start? If I want to star on a very lo level?
(Cos I am very sensitive for to strong doses. And how do I then higher the potency so I wont have an aggravation again?)

as I have understand abchomeopathy.com should not be a substitute for my local doctor/homeopath. (Well thats even what it is written in the intro of abchomeopathy.com)
My local homeopath have been seeing me face to face many times and know my needs. she have given my a diagnosis, and I am very satisfies with that. So please dont get out of topic now please. I do not intend to substitute my local homeopath for a new diagnosis.
What I do need is help with information how to use the wet dosing. Because it is something unknown in the country I live in.
Please help me know how to continue with water dilution.
