Dear Nawaz Sir, Please help !!
Sir, I am a 16 yr old male with multiple cysts( benign ) in the right parotid gland.The right side of my face is swollen since birth.Sometimes, usually after six months or so, for no apparent reason, theses cysts enlarged the the swelling increased and then returned to normal after a month or so. 6 months ago, the swellings enlarged and I went to a homeopath. He prescribed baryta card 30 ( aqueous base ) 10 drops twice daily. I took this for 4 months without any significant improvement.There is no pain but the entire right parotid duct is swollen.Please pardon me sir, I had already posted but there were no replies and I am getting really impatient. Please help.

sir,mood fluctuations have decreased. Earlier for the past 4 to 6 months, suddenly I would feel as if I am superman, then after 20 minutes I felt as if I was a loser, I have failed in everything I have done in life.

sir, the there is no further change in swelling. Yesterday I felt extremely thirsty all day long. I drank about 1/2 L water twice in the morning but still felt thirsty. There was a slight salty taste in the mouth.

sir, i am not feeling cold inside my body but my hands and feet sweat a lot, I don't know why.Also, my hands are always cold. Lips are not dry as such.Mentally stable but I just can't wake up in the morning.I go to bed around 9 to 10 and wake up at 9.

I use tretinoin cream and benzoyl peroxide cream for acne as I have acute acne vulgaris.
No allopathic medicines taken orally.
I did not pass stools yesterday which is extremely uncommon as I never had such a problem.
As for the swelling, it is better. Swelling is around 25 % lesser.

sir, I took 4 doses of Anacardium Orientale 200C, once in the morning for 4 days.Sleep requirement reduced. Energy levels have increased but the swelling is worse. The swelling has increased , and I think the improvement I mentioned earlier must have been due to some observation error.
My hands are not cold nowadays and sweat a lot lesser. I can wake up in the morning if I want too and memory has also increased considerably. The only problem, the swelling is not improving.

OK sir.. I asked my father to see if there was any improvement in the swelling and after observing for a while he told me that he could not make out any difference. To be precise, the swelling is not worse, in fact it is the same.

Sir, today is the 3rd morning. There is no improvement in the swelling.
There are a few things I would like to mention about me. ( Described before taking the medicine ) :
Sir I don't feel ( never felt ) cold inside my body. Actually when it is extremely cold outside and everyone at school is wearing pullovers and woolen inners , I only wear a thin cotton shirt and still feel hot. My armpits start sweating and if I wear a sweater then my head becomes hot and ears become red. I start sweating. But even when my entire body is hot, my hands and feet are really cold and wet with sweat. If my arms are cold, why should they sweat ?? When people around me are shivering I feel hot.
Excessive sweating ( probaly the reason why my arms are cold, as sweat evaporates cooling the hands ), excessive salivation ( probably the reason for swollen parotid, excessive secretion of sebum (oil) due to which I have acute acne and tears in the morning for no reason.
All glandular secretions increased.
Feel tired all throughout the day.Calf muscles fatigued 24 x 7.Reluctant to go outside ( my house ) for a walk, shopping or to a party. Tendency to avoid company. Prefer dark rooms.Cannot focus on something for more than 5 mins.
