Pilonidal Cyst: Why have so many people got this problem?
Hi guys,As you may or may not know I have been battling my pilonidal cyst for over 6 months (I've had it for 8 years) and I think maybe I need to change remedies. I have been taking:
30 C Hep Sulp once a week &
3C Echinacea 3 times a week
For the past 14 days and their seems to be no change.
Wondering what I should do next? Continue or change remedies. Any advice would be great!

Vicky, until I learn differently, I always suggest the same thing, surely you have read it??
Take a course of ONE dose of Silicea 30X once a week for 3 weeks. During this time in the week, take one dose of ECHINACEA 30C Tues,Wed,Thurs. One dose per day, 3 doses total.
Something should show activity before the 3 weeks are up. Report what.
THe silicea most times drains the cyst, other times may heal from the inside. If draining, clean with rubbing alcohol and put a dry pad on the spot to catch the drainage. Wash hands before and after. Use toilet paper with the alcohol so one can throw all away. Pads are non-stick teflon from pharmacy.
Echinacea treats inflamation and is a good blood corrector. It is homeopathic. Do not use the health store herbal echinacea with a dropper bottle. Homeopathic works very differently.

Because too many people take antibiotics for minor complaints.
They degrade and upset the immune system . The result is that some people get Asthma , some get osteoporosis , some get Lupus and others get Pilonidal cysts.

Hi to all...
i have the pilonidal cyst for the last 3-4 years.. This year, i had tried with several remedies indicated here n there...
1st of i tried with Silicea as it was advised/suggested in this websites by different people. It was even suggested by local homeopaths also.. I tried it for almost 3 months and finally i left it coz i didnt get the desired result. The cyst drained several time. So many times i healed almost. just little left but again appeared in 2 , 3 days.. It had not gone completely...
As told by a very well experienced homeopath, that Silicea is for left side infections in lower side of the body, Hepar Sulph for right and Myristica for middle. Mine was almost in the center so i used myristica for 2 months... but no result. then i used Hepar Sulph, it was better but the problem remain same that cyst went off for 2, 3 days and came back again. Then i was told to use Aurum Met. as i was told that it removes any infectious part of the body and brings it to the normal position. But the original Aurum Met D1, (as i have told to use mothertincture, coz the homeopath told me that 3x or other Aurum Met potencies does have any good effect on cyst) thats quite expensive. Around US $ 200. now im worried that should i buy it or juz wait for some other advice..... pls share some of your experience, as im really getting disappointed and until now i didnt find any good result. These results i can even find by using antibiotics also.
pls let me know about ur experience and your suggestions are most welcomes.

Probably the best general remedy for cysts is Sulphur.
But sometimes a single dose of Sulfur taken in the middle of a course of Silica will do the trick.
Depends what potencies you have been using.
If you have been using low [6 - 30] then try high [1m-10m] . But if you use high take only ONE dose and WAIT.
