Anal fissure+itch+pile HELP

I have been suffering from Anal fissure and itchiness for 4 years.

It happened after my first son's birth. 1.5 years later he was born, I started having itchiness and a small cut on anus and that cut grew bigger and deeper.

I have tried using cortisone cream and all sorts of creams but it made the itchiness worse.

After a couple years of self medicating and trials and errors and also the arrival of our 2nd son I started having increased problems.

Now I have more than 3 fissures that are itchy and sometimes bleed when I scratch.

When I checked the area with a mirror I also noticed that I have a lump (pile). And on the lump there are couple of cuts that are often itchy.

The problem bothers me so much it used to wake me up at night or getting depressed about it.

I came across with this website and when I tried Remedy Finder for itchiness it suggested me to take Sulpher so I went out and bought 30ch pellets from the local health food store and I have been taking 3 pellets a time, 3 times a day for about a week and it seems to work for my insomnia due to the itchiness but it's not healing anything.

If anyone could help me that would be great. I am at the end of the rope here.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You must avoid creams and lotions totally, homeopathy believes that they cause much worse damage by suppressing the condition.

Have you used homeopathic medicines before? If so what, and what homeopathic potencies did

you use?

- I have been using homeopathic medicine (Sulphur 30ch) for about a week. I take 3 pellets 3

times a day.

Please answer the following questions in a descriptive manner after careful analysis and

recollection of previous experiences and happenings.

1. Describe your main suffering?
- Intence itchiness around the anus and fissures which won't close and itchy.
- A pile that's itchy at times.

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
- Generally I am prone to itchiness of the skin.
- Allergy to dust mites. (I get bumps that are itchy and I have runny nose and sneezing in the

morning.)
- On my right arm, there is a small patch that is very dry sort of flaky and sometimes itchy when

I scratch it bleeds.
- Constipation.
- Itchy scalp. Dry dandruff.
- Low libido.
- Painful intercourse.

3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
- Depressed and feeling despair thinking there's no end to my problem.
- Feels unclean having have to scratch all the time.
- Angry and frustrated that it's not fair that I have all these problems.

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst? Describe the sensation in your own

words.
- I don't want to scratch because I know it will make it worse but I can't help myself. I feel angry

and frustrated when I am scratching and by scratching it gives me some sort of high and I feel

better for a moment until the pain comes and itchiness worsens. At that point, I feel miserable

and depressed.

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
- Itchiness on my arm started about 6 months after my son's birth 6 years ago. Also I noticed that I couldn't wear anything with wool anymore around that time because they irritate my skin. I was wearing woolen sweaters no problems up until then. About a year after my son's birth I went back to my parents' house for a visit and from the travelling and the dietary change I got constipated and when I finally went, there was a itchiness after so I rubbed the area with toilet paper. The itchiness stayed and after a couple of days, I noticed a cut. Ever since then, the cut got deeper and bigger and itchiness got worse. It seemed it got worse especially before and during my periods and when I am constipated. My constipation got really bad when I had to take 3 cycles of antibiotic in one winter about 3 years ago and because of the constipation, my itchiness hit new low.

During my pregnancy with my 2nd son, itchiness got much worse, and by the 3rd trimester it started affect my sleep. And then my son was born. While I was on pain medications after C-section I could sleep and I wasn't itchy but the itchiness eventually came back and sleeplessness came back as well as I stop taking those pain medication.

It's been 6 months after my son's birth, itchiness is worse than ever and now I have 3 or more cuts in the area.

6. Which time of the day you are worst?
- Usually worst when I am in bed (around midnight).

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the

same? Example- time, temperature, pressure, rubbing, washing, eating, tight clothing etc.
- Damp, warm temperature and pressure aggravate the problem.
- Cold temperature and drying the area will ameliorate the problem. When I scratch it gives me relief for a short time only to having the itchiness come back even stronger.
- Warm shower makes me feel clean but after short while the itchiness gets worsen.
- Skin toner which has aloe vera and witch hazel used as poultice works to contain the itchiness and pain after I scratch but it doesn't seem to prevent me from itchiness.

8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any

internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?
- Yes. My itchiness originally started after delivering my first son and also it seems to worsen before my period. I suspect there might be some connection between hormon and itchiness/fissure.
- Also it feels worse when I am under stress or angry/frustrated.

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
- I feel better in cold, dry weather but I don't really like cold weather.

Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.
- I get easily frustrated and angry, irritated.
- I am more of a pesimist.

- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?
- I don't feel any different.

- Do you like being consoled during your tough times?
- Yes, although I often act like I don't need any help.

- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?
- Yes. Slightest noise often wakes me up. I have strong sense of smell.

- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
Weeping, talking to one self etc?
-I was told I often pull or touch my hair when I am bored or nervous.
-I like to put soft things against my lips.

- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?
-I sometime feel angry towards my husband. We have a small baby and I am the one who wakes up and feed and take care of the baby at night while he sleeps peacefully in the other room. I feel like I am trapped.

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?
-I fear getting a cancer and dying.
-I fear getting old.

- I don't know.

21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any

particular symptom surfacing after the medication?
-I used topical cream (cortisone, zinc, etc.) Cortizone cream makes it worse. Zinc cream just won't work.

22. What major diseases are running in your family?
