This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
What do you mean the structure? Do you mean a remedy that has similar symptoms?

Depending on what aspect of stramonium you are looking at, there are many similar medicines.

Of course only Stramonium will cure a case that has all of the unique/important features of this remedy. But if you are looking for an analagous medicine, you would need to define which symptoms of Stramonium you are looking at.

Remedies like Phos, Lyssin, Capsicum, Mandragora, Aconite, Medorrhinum, Tuberculinum, Opium might all resemble Stramonium to some degree.

Unfortunately that won't help you find a new remedy - any remedy can palliate you temporarily, it doesn't mean anything in the long run, in terms of understanding your disease. I have seen lots of patients over the years get a good response initially to a remedy, and then have that reaction relapse and the same remedy fail to help them again. The remedy that they needed in the end often had no relationship to the first.

The only solution is to continue looking for a medicine that does help, by exploring more and more of your case.

I tought that may be i could be help by Belladona or Hyoscyamus,,,,,

They would only help if the symptoms match yours.

There are no shortcuts in homoeopathy - you have to match the state of the patient to the remedy that can produce that state.

Remedies that worked briefly, often bear no relationship to the remedy that you actually need.
