remedy for my wife, plz help its urgent

my wife is 26 years old. She has an addiction to alprax0.5 mg and smoking. she suffers from gastritis, a little bit here and there will lead to gastric pain and becomes intolerable. she also has migraine, pms, dysmenorrhea, huge pain during pains, epilepsy, sufers from mood disorder and depression. there is always a lak of will power even though she wants to do something in her life. she is not able to come out of her addictions also.

Is she willing to give her case here? It is difficult to prescribe for adults when someone else gives the information.

moreover as per the 1st uestion asked , yes she is willing to give her case here and i her husband knows every issues she is having. so that would not be an issue at all. all advice would go to her only as she is also apart of it.
