My baby gets Asphyxia, grunt, agitated while feeding

Hello,

Could anybody help me?

My baby is presenting problems while feeding him by bottle and breastfeed, we spent almost one hour feeding him due to getting every time asphyxia and sometimes choking and not responding, I have to take him up and down to return back his breathing, as well as when I am feeding him he will normally make sounds as grunting or screaming and getting red like if something is bothering him inside to pass the food, he almost every time swallows the food in a very rude way and when he finally pass his stomach will immediately sounds a lot, after that he will have gas with only one once of milk finished and that will not let him continuous eating as the gas inside his stomach is pushing up and down to burp; to burp is the biggest challenge he gets more asphyxia and it may takes long time, he cries since he is not able to pass more food because of the gas and he is so hungry but we cannot give him more until he burps and that reduce the asphyxia to allow him to pass food, also he is having around five burps during and after feeding and while sleeping time, also for this we have to be checking as he may get choking or asphyxia I guess for some gas still inside, he is having constipation every time he wants to pass stool, the color of his poop is dark green few times with little yellow and the form is like a past, other typical situation is when he sleeps he normally breaths strongly and his rate keeps speeding up until he makes a big sigh that brings the rate down for a minutes but he starts up again all this leaves him with only a half an hour good sleep after feeding and many hours of complaints restless and tiredness, It is not easy to take videos since when this situations happens are emergencies to sort out anyhow I’d take some videos and showed to the doctor but not enough effective for him to see the symptoms he said some agitation it is normal in newborn babies and that the videos were to long to watch, I don’t know what to do, I don’t have sources to pay a different doctor than the one provided by the insurance company, but I would like to know of every suggestions or similar cases so that if I have to spent money I will go straight to the tests that he needs or at least I have more idea of what is going on with him.

Thanks

Hello Blanca.
This sounds very traumatic for both baby and you.

When you use the word, 'asphyxia, ' do you mean that his heart stops, or that he stops breathing?

It is of course impossible to ask the baby, so I'll give you some symptoms, you might recognize some of them, in relation to your baby's symptoms.

1. rattling of mucus with little exportation.

2. The child dont like to be touched, without whining and crying.

3. If the child lie down, there breathing becomes quicker, irregular, unequal, and more difficult.

4. Likes to be carried around in an upright position.

5. Suffocating cough on swallowing.

6. Flatulent colic, with red cheeks and hot perspiration.

7. Stool: Hot, green, watery, fetid, slimy, with colic. Chopped white and yellow mucus like chopped eggs and spinach.

Where do you live? And, do you drink cow milk?
------------------------
When he has this constipation, what does he do? He pulls his legs up to his chest? Looks like he has colic?

Please look at these symptoms, and questions. Send me an answer as soon as possible, I may know what medication he needs.

Sincerely, Parakletos, a practitioner of classical homeopathy

Hello Doctor, Thanks for your reply, from your e-mail

When I say 'asphyxia, ' he stops breathing for around 10-15 seconds, about his hearth rate I will check today

For the rest of the symptoms
1. rattling of mucus with little exportation. Yes

2. The child dont like to be touched, without whining and crying. When he lies down not touching but up right is fine

3. If the child lie down, there breathing becomes quicker, irregular, unequal, and more difficult. Yes he breaths agitated almost all the time, strong, some times there i ssound like snouring or phlegm and some times stop for 6-8 seconds and come back with a strong sigh

4. Likes to be carried around in an upright position. Yes he actually breaths better on my arms.

5. Suffocating cough on swallowing. Yes he coughs while feedingn and also when he burps every day more.

6. Flatulent colic, with red cheeks and hot perspiration. Red chicks yes Hot respiration. No

7. Stool: The stool is Hot, green and like a spinach paste.

Where do you live? And, do you drink cow milk?
I am actually not producing to much milk, so most of the time he drinks formula milk GOLD S-26
------------------------
When he has this constipation, He compleints and sometimes cries, not legs up, I think he has stomach pain since there is too much sound when he is trying to burp or pass stool or even eating.
I hope this information is effective I am so worried for him, I leave in Dubai United Arab Emirates, please let me know

I appreciate any help you can give me.

Hello again.

Is there anything more you can tell me. Were there any complications during delivery or during pregnancy. Something special happened at that time that you were pregnant, something traumatic?
Anything else you want to add?

When you use the word 'asphyxia', is it your doctor who told you this?

Hello Doctor,
Thanks for you help once again
My devliery was normal, nut was forced at 36 weeks by the doctor I spent 24 Hours in the hospital and they applied to me 3 times a gel to force the cosntractions, he cries normally immedialtly after was out, at five months I had dehidration but once only.
No other serious complications.
For the baby he is very gassy all the time, I can feel he wants to play and smile and then after 2 minutes he has burp again that cost him very agitated breathing and he makes sounds like cannot breath, like asphyxia and some times he stop breathing so that I have to take him up and down to force the airways to open, other times and now more often he will caughs wihile trying to burp or swallow the food or else the burp cannot go out and he will pass it down again like when u want to womit and then you swallow it back to the stomach, also he will move side to side every time burp is coming like there is not space, he gets very red and he grunts for the dissconfort he feels I guess, feeding him all the same asphyxia coughs, grunts, screams adn while sleeping I guess because to many burps he breaths agitated and strong all the time.

Thanks again I am so worried!

Hello.
Sorry it took so long before I replied.
How is it now, something new?

I think that the medicine your child needs is 'Antimonium Tartaricum.' This medication should be administered as 30C.

Any questions, just ask.
