Follicular cysts on both ovaries

Hi all,
I used to have regular periods till marriage.Soon after marriage I shifted from India to Newyork and then on my periods got very irregular and sometimes I get periods only on taking Provera.My ultrasound reports say that I have got multiple follicular cysts on both ovaries and PCOS can be ruled out.

Just wanted to know if there is any treatment for the cysts in homeopathy and whether I can get the treatment while staying here.Please help out.

Try Aurum Mur nat 3x,one tablet thrice daily for 30days.If there is improvement then continue otherwise stop and contact again.

One more thing I wanted to ask is that is having multiple cysts on both ovaries same as PCOS or not?My doctor here says its the same but from what I read on the internet is that both are different.Please explain.
