Slight Balance/Band Around Head
Hi,I have what I think is tension headaches, although it's not really pain but pressure, on the top and the back of head.
Can feel pulling in head and neck.
But the main issue is a subtle loss of balance, on slight movement the head will feel like it wants to keep moving in that direction, like it wants to tip over.
no spinning, just a heavy tilt which Im able to control, but it is distressing as I feel like one time it might lead me to fall over or loss conciousness.
usually occures when moving, or turning, althought the bandlike feeling over the top and back of head is presnt most of the time.
ocassional nausea but not too bad.
alot of tension in neck and back of head.
Condition improves after a nap, tends to worsen at night.
Any remedy suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.
