I am 31 years old. for 12-13 years i feel too much fatigue, sleeplessness, low appetite, low sex. I am taking stramonium 30 for these problems. WHICH MEDICINE CAN I TAKE ALONGWITH STRAMONIUM 30, for CONSTIPATION, healthy liver and for gaining weight.
