Deep 2nd/3rd degree axillary burns in 4 year old

My daughter has been burnt with flames, under arm and her side. Received a skin graft one week ago, healing well. What could we give her to help the healing process?

Please give her the following medicines:

Morning - Cantharis 30
Afternoon - Carbolic acid 30
Evening - Cantharis 30
Night - Carbolic acid 30

One dose would be 2 pills / drops of the remedy. Please repeat this protocol for three days and let us know.
