Combining Remedies? Please Help!

Hi,
I am currently taking homemade silica.
Now, i have been reading up about graphites after a suggestion.
Could i take graphites and silica on the same day?

I wouldnt take both at the same time, i would take them seperatly at different times of the day.

OUt of interest - have you always had the rash or has it come up since you've been taking the silicea ?

To be honest don't know answer to yr question, but for me, silicea seems to have an action all of its own which doesn't like too much interference. Just my experience though.

Try the cream topically if you in doubt. If it works, shows you are responsive to graphites and you can seek this answer again.

No my rash started about 7 months ago and i have been taking this recently.
