my son was diagnosed asthmatic at the age f 2.4 mnths and was put on preventive inhaler BUDECORT (preventive)-2yrs of age to 31/2yrs)
Asthalin puff -SOS. He was quite Ok with that with a minimum use of Asthalin puff on SOS basis .

.then had more often episodes of wheezing and was put on formetrol. continues till age of 4yrs . Again was seen put
on budecort .Recntlty from August been on preventive seroflo .he had been on preventive contionously for 3 yrs in which the dose was
tapered up /down according to the requirement.And bronchodilator Asthalin/ duolin was given need based.He hardly had any cold ,it was
always little cough and immediately wheezing.from august thie year he had allergic rhinitis ..continous sneezings in the morning.and
rubbing of nose / creasing then he was put on fluticasone nasal steroid for 1month/ along with sos budesonide / duolin nebulisers.
but since oct 10 high pitch barking chronic cough is also evident along with sneezings /wheezing .Then he was put on anti histamine which was ok for 7 days or so again barking cough reoccurred .Then he wwas put on oral steroid omna cartil for 7 days . after whcich he was ok for 10 15 days with occasional require,ent of asthalin/duolin.Again past 14 days chronic barking cough became unbearable.with a high pithing and constant coughing at any time of the day.Sleeping became a problem with recurrent cough .

Then finally we went to seek homeopathy . He was put on ars alb 200 for dry cough 3 times /5days .But we could c remarkable improvement in him with one dose .Then wheeze and cough subsided but he had cold and sneezings on getting up at morning .which was manageable.the the doc gave some PWD and said its some Calcium and min salts to be used for 4times till he gets better but didnt tell the name . And she also gave pwd with globules and upon asking said they are frm oyster.We gave hime the course .He had constant cold and then there was no med in between and even his allopathic preventive puff was reduced for 2 days but by 3rd day his chronic cough stared again ,we gave him Ars ALB 200 which did not help him much so he had to be back on allopathic puffs SOS based. At present ,he has
1) sneezings and blocked nose on getting up.

2) Dry hacking cough

3)Wheezing upon exertion

4) Dry hacking cough while sleeping 2-3 times per night.

Kindly help us as we are getting very deaperate . And just wanted to know about our doctor how to test the med shes giving as she does not disclose much abt them without hurting her sentiments .
