Hair loss... help!

I started loosing hair slowly since 5 years. My hair began thinning and receding hair line since 3 years. Since 2 years hair loss became faster and the front scalp became visible. 2 months back I got eczema which made the situation worse: So itchy scalp, small bumps, developed bald patches, flaky scalp ...etc and Hairloss became worse.

I tried olive oil, coconut oil, had multivitamins, minoxidil 5% for 2 years.. nothing helped. I've got small baby hairs but they're not growing.

Hairloss is nonstop, especially when showering (loose like 70-100 hairs) and when combing daily (around 40 hairs).

A friend recommeded Silicea 12x and Kalium 6x (2 tablets each per day) - been on it since 8 days without any change.

Parents and brothers aren't bold. I used to have a thick hair 5 years ago :(

Appreciate your help, need a strong effective remedy...
