My daughter 3 yrs old is having cough and cold from past 2 months.She vomits food when coughing at nights.cough wakes her up at nights.She developed fever which is 101.5 deg yesterday night.I gave her paracetamol.now she don't have fever only cough and cold.she also complains stomach ache during evacuation of stools.advice on her condition.

Give Ipeca 30 and Belladonna 30 alternately, once in 3 to 4 hours for fever and inflamatory symptoms. Give this even when a mild temperature is there.

Kali Mur 6x, 3 tablets, 3 times a day, in addition to the above medicine will expedite to remove the remaining cold and cough condition.

Reva her symptoms as if now:

Cough is not there but some times she Coughs.Light cold is there.Today she complained stomach ache and then there are loose motions.I stopped bel 30 and ipecac 30 a day back after she got rid of fever.I am giving KM 6X twice or thrice.pls advice on her condition.

I forgot She also vomitted before going to tool.i think all these are because of indigestion.she complains stomach ache.
