need help
well this is ali from pakistan .i am 27 years old married .i have the numberr of problems1. what ever i eat any thing i could not digest after meal i go to washroom .
i am not fully satisfied and in whole day i visit to wash room about seven to eight times.
2. i am facing the problem of nocturnal emission and i feel always wet in my penis due to that i ejaculate about in seconds .i have small testicles size .feeling sensation of penis is too high get erection but couild not sustain for much time.i urinate also lot of times .
I am taking a alot of medicine allopathic homoepatic and herbal but all in vain and iam very much disappointed from muy health issues .when ever i take medicine of high potency i feel as i have fever and feel gastric pain in upper abdomen.
five months are gone but my wife still not satisfied and not pregnant
kindly feedback me and suggest me what i can do
