This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
It is possible that he suffers from GERD (Gastro Esophagal Reflux Disease) which can be due to overeating his dinner which he vomits out as it is not passing down from his stomach into the small intestines.

The remedy that will help him, if my diagnosis is correct, is Nat Phos 6x dose 2 tablets taken after dinner.

You will have to control the quantity of food he eats for dinner and ensure that he does not eat any food that is difficult to digest like red meat, pork, sausages etc which are known to be heavy and difficult to digest. He will not also drink over a few sips of water to ensure that the digestive juice is not diluted by the water which will then cause a reflux upwards into his Esophagus.

Just in case he feels hungry which is quite possible at his age of growth, you can give him his dinner early in the evening around 6.00 PM and a snack (not milk) before he goes to bed. Milk is not recommended as the fat may also cause his symptoms.

Report progress in 48 hours after he takes this remedy.
