Dr Neil Help please...!!
This is for my 15 year old niece.she has fairly regular periods for past 2 years. Started ar age 11 and took a good 2 years to regularize.
In between periods, vaginal discharge is brownish. Periods also heavy, last 5-6 days.Other complaints include acne and some excessive body hair. Very active cheerful girl. Tall and athletic.
Main concern is darkish vaginal discharge between periods. It stains underwear.
Please advice medication. When I did the software on site here, it came up with Nit acid. is that OK?
