Dr. Nawaz Khan/Attention Please/Dr. Niel's patient need a reply
To Doctor Nawaz Khan,Hi,
My daughter is a patient of Doctor Niel,
Her problem is,
*Crossed eyes (age 3yrs)
I am sending you her link where you can find her details,

Her current problem:
*on 24th noon her nose started running/sneezing as well
*i gave her Desprol to avoid fever
(which i believe is not good for her eyes)
*on 25th morning running nose became worse(transparent/warm)
*watery eyes
*cough too(short/dry/sometime as though about to vomit because of cough)
*on same morning i gave her Pulsatilla200(1 drop in some water)
*when laying down/or in sleep/ nose blocked/ breath from mouth
*she was better but problems did not subside untill,
*at night before going to sleep fever started
*i again gave her Desprol for that
*but fever was going on/off all the time
*on 26th(still night 1:30am) i gave her Belladona 200(one pill
disolved in water) for fever
*fever was still on/off(may be coz she was empty stomach/did not
eat anything before going to sleep)
*on 26th(today morning) she took some tea and busicits
*i gave her second dose of Belladona200 as her fever seems a bit
under control.
Sir,
I would like to tell you first that i gave her Pulsatilla200
in first place coz some days before Doctor Niel prescribed that
to her for same symptoms(and she got well)(but this time not)
I then i gave her Belladona 200 coz she is already on that
for her eye problem, and i believe that Belladona is good for
her fever coz till the time she took that (previously) she didnot
suffer from fever(this winter).Other wise she usually have fever
with throat problem. Now she was on break for 15 days after she
took Belladona 1M for her eyes, mean while i tried to contact
Dr Niel for further instructions(as the break of 15 days is over,
she took Belladona 1M on 7th Feb) but unfortunately i was not getting
further directions.
last night i started giving her Belladona200 in the fashion
Dr Niel told me once
*in single day, thrice, one drop/pill in one time
*usually followed by wait of one week
Sir,
Kindly guide me further
*I need to know if she still continue to have fever,
although she is getting well now(but cant say anything about night)
*should i wait and let the doses of Belladona work, that she just took? or
*should i give her some other medicine?(that you prescribe in case of emergency)
and
*about her cough/swollen throat, is Belladona good for that too?
*or she need some other medicine as well?(as the cause of fever is her throat)
NOTE:Sir, kindly keep the condition of her eyes in your mind, when you
suggest any further medicine

*she is not even drinking her regular milk, just few buscits or some tea or potato

*she passed stool once in morning(brown/loose motion/smelly/in big quantity)
*after that she did not
*but sometime when she coughs and even without cough, she complains about nausea
*last night she did not sleep well, restless
*and woke up 4times complaining nausea followed by cough
*and followed by some vomiting only thick trnsparent water in samll quantity

Please give her one dose of Arsenicum Album 200C, 4 drops in 2 sips of mineral water, only one dose please.
For nausea and vomiting as needed, please give her a dose of Ipecac 30C.

*her nose not running exactly now, it comes to nose tip and
dry there
*she rub her nose then
*her cough is better do not sound chocked now
*phylgum sounds like sticked to throat walls
*because her cough sound sometime productive and sometime semi productive
*she sleep well
*cough few times in sleep
*fever was gone already(as she used Belladonna before)

A remedy must cover both dry and wet symptoms as this remedy addresses both as following.
Teasing cough with much and free expectoration.
Dry cough; worse at night and lying down; larynx painful
Chronic bronchitis; cough with much thick expectoration, with languor and weak digestion
Above all it depends upon the previous experiences and skills when Inula has worked in both wet-dry cough.

*but truth is she is not willing to eat anything, she have no desire
*i think she have some digsetion problem and abdomenal gas too, she dont pass out gas often but when she does it is smelly and before that she complains pain in abdomen
*she wake up 2/3time at night complaining pain in abdomen
*i need to ask if she continue to have pain should i give her Arnica 1 more day?+
can i give her some thing for her digestion or appitite problem?

and these episodes can be noticed for long duration.
*the vision of her left eye has improved alot, almost to the perfect vision.
