8yr daughter with smelly feet & breath

Hi and looking for help with my daughters breath and feet. She has had occasional bad breath for years, but now her feet seem to be an issue. I know she is growing and is losing her teeth and changing, but the odor is bad!
She is a very choleric, fiery personality, quick tempered but she doesn't sweat bad. Is small and thin but muscular and athletic. Eats healthy, organic , not much sugar, not a lot of meat, doesn't like milk. She doesn't sweat during the night, in fact is a cuddler and likes to wrap herself in blankets and sleep with socks.
It is her socks that do smell and I just bought new cotton ones with anti-microbial.
Her lips can tend to be dry, her scalp does not smell.
She is active during the day, running and bike riding, so her feet smell often! She wakes with foul breath.. but keeps it throughout the day, not real bad, but has a acrid smell.
Tends to be cold rather than hot natured. She also has kerotosis (small dry bumps on her arms) Had cradle cap as a baby.No allergies that I know of. Not skin sensitive.
Hope this gives you a good background.

Thanks,
Donna
