Anybody pls help Severe Cough and cold
sir,My wife is coughing a lot and also she got cold with one blocked nostril.When she coughs mucus comes in light yellow.pls advice on her condition.

Persistent cough with thick exportation,cough at day and night but more at night times when sleeping.she is awaken by cough at nights and she vomits food along the mucus. Cold with right nostril blockage,no running nose.She complains something blocks her throat.
Before one day Menses begin she get body pains in hands,main part is legs and light back ache.During menses she becomes weak with all the above pains.blood clots(pieces) in menses.the cycle repeats in 21 days itself.
She gets headache on the back left side of the head (suspect migrane,She had undergone MRI scan of brain.no abnormality.The headache decreased when i gave Damania Q MT)
She has Low Bp.She fall from her vehicle with giddiness.
10. Since how long are you suffering from each complaint
Cold and Cough-From one month.with a gap of 10 days.Now started again.
Head ache-Started at end of Dec 2010.
Early Menses Problem-She undergone abortion in August 2008.after that she gets menses 7 days prior.
