Dr.Mahfoorzurahman - Azoospermia - 3 brothers

Assalamu Alaikum

I am living in Sri Lanka and
i am 42 years old. no children. No sperms are seen. The result of testicle biopsy says 'Sertoli Cells Only'

I got alopathy medicine for 3 months for hormone control.
Siddha medicine for 2 months.
Homeopathy medicine for 4 months and again 6 months from another doctor. But no improvements.

I have three brothers. One brother has children. other 2 and I don't have children.
Elder brother has one or two unmoved sperms. younger brother don't have any sperms like myself.

Sir, please help me

Testosterone 2.58 ng/ml


Testicular tissue show seminiferous tubules lined by sertoli cells only.

Ultra Sound Test (in testicles) – Normal
Testicle sizes are normal

You and your brothers would benefit from genetic testing. It maybe expensive to rule out all possible causes, but it is free if you participate in research study. I had my tests done this way.
