Major Health Decline in the last 1.5-2 years

some of these symptoms appear to be cyclic throughout the month.
they are somewhat arranged from most significant to least.
the first five symptoms excluding sacrum pain have become a problem in the last 1.5-2 years i didn’t notice them prior.

Pain:
in heel, knee, hip, sacrum & leg's. standing is the worst but happens walking, riding & sitting, noticed my arms hurt as well when laying on my back reading a book.

Fatigue:
sometimes exhausted after riding only one block or working for 20 min. low cardio.

Immune system:
typically i would get sick once a year, now every few weeks to a month i catch a cold

Memory:
difficulty concentrating, short term memory loss, constantly forgetting things.

Numbness/ color:
my toes and feet go numb after standing for a short period of time & eventually turn a blue/ purplish color

Trouble breathing:
diagnosed with asthma when i was born, tightness in chest without my usual triggers (allergy, exercise & when sick)

Aversion to cold:
shock of cold can almost instantly cause hypothermic like shaking numbness and pain. i feel chilly in a 80 degree room.

Heart:
palpitations, random feeling of anxiety for no reason.

Irritated Easily:
people, noises, simple everyday thing can infuriate me.

Skin / acne:
sensitivity and out brakes in cycles

Ears ringing:
mostly noticeable in the morning, as if i was listening to extremely loud music when i wake, not as noticeable during the day. also a strange noise in my right ear that doesn't sound like the typical eustachian tube noises and happens randomly

Sinuses:
my ears plug up typically with a change in temperature or a little exercise. ringing and a strange high pitch tapping/clicking noise in my right ear randomly that is different from eustachian tube noise.

Tightness in head/ face:
feels as if my facial muscles are tight/ stiff and slight pressure on the sides of my head and jaw feels tight.

Headaches:
random & no apparent reason lasts for a few hours to a day.

Dizzy/ lightheadedness:
mostly happens when standing up from sting or bending over. i almost black out some times.

Fingernails:
ridges, spooning & brittle. dashed ridges in biweekly 1/16'
and monthly 1/8' cycles, almost no 'moon's' showing, only on thumbs and index fingers, nails are pail in color.

ph:
less than 5 in the morning for urine, saliva around 6.5 but hard to tell using the color chart.

Slow digestive/ constipation:
one movement per day, harder and drier than what is called normal.

Gas:
seems to be excessive, mostly in the morning.

Weight loss:
typical weight was 175-180 lb now its 160
odd sleep pattern
cant go to sleep until late at night, typically 12-2am

Medication:
albuterol sulfate inhaler for 27 years typically 2-3 puffs a day

I have had many tests done mri, ct, doppler, ncs & emg, blood work.
the only thing that showed up was a bulge between si & l5 also a low white blood cell count. the md's don’t seem to find any of these symptoms alarming??

I'm 37, 165, athletic appearance, eat healthy lots of vegetables, not as much fruit as I should. exercise 3x a week not cardio though, just hiking, riding a bike or stretches and 20 min workout at home.

I feel like I'm 80. The biggest issue is standing, Standing in line, shopping, cooking, that’s when most of the pain starts or starts the quickest, it takes much longer when walking or riding a bike, accept for fatigue which happens in every situation.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of Lycopodium 200 as follows and report back after 15 days.

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Thanks you for your recommendation, I will pick some up tomorrow after a blood test 'cortisol serum'

In addition to the symptoms above, the dizziness has increased.
Friday I was sitting in front of my computer working when out of the blue my heart started pounding as if I was startled, I came so close to blacking out, I almost fell out of my chair.

I nearly went to the ER because I thought I was having a heart attack.

Kadwa,

I've reread your post and am confused on the total amount I am to take
Do I take 4 pills 3x then stop and wait for 15 days or 4 pills 2x a day for 15 days??

Kadwa,
It has been about 15 days since I finished the last dosage.

I noticed on the second day that the pain in my heels when standing diminished, its still there but less painful, The numbness/ color change in my feet and lower legs still happens but it takes longer. The pain in my lower back has lessened as well.

Most all symptoms have decreased.

I have been scratching my thumbnail right at the cuticle line with a knife and recording the date it was done. I have done this a few times, the last date I did this was on 3/24/11
I noticed after the last scratch one particular ridge line on my nail stops 1/64' (0.396 mm) after the scratch line.
That particular ridge seems to coincide with the cycles some of the symptoms (pain and fatigue) mostly.

Approximate fingernail growth
1/8' (3.175mm) = month
1/16' (1.587mm) = 2 weeks
1/32' (0.793mm) = 1 week
1/64' (0.396mm) = 4.5 days

There are two things that I feel could be the cause of the decrease in the symptoms,
1. Lycopodium, and not a placebo effect because I didn’t have much faith in it doing anything.

2. I stopped eating a bowl of ice-cream on top of cake or pie every night. I stopped a few days prior to taking the Lycopodium. About a week later I started eating yogurt thinking it was a healthier choice. I then noticed the symptoms getting worse, so I stopped eating desserts all together and the symptoms decreased again.

Am I possibly slightly diabetic? Maybe allergic to dairy?

Please take a single dose of Lycopodium 200 whenever there is a significant relapse. There is no need to take any remedy now. Please write back in future if you find that Lycopodium 200 has stopped working.

I took another dose and now I can confirm that it gives me an anxiety feeling (butterflies in chest) heart palpitations and a little dizziness.
But I feel like I can breathe better in my upper chest.

Is this a normal side effect?

I'm still not sure if Lycopodium is the answer or if sugar or dairy is the problem.

I'll give it more time though.
