Pilonidal Cyst

I had my first experience with a pilonidal cyst after the birth of my first child 3 years ago. It drained for a few weeks, clear discharge, and went dormant.
In October 2010, I had my second child and 6 weeks later, I was in excruciating pain and went to my physician and had it drained and was given antibiotics. The physician recommended I see a surgeon. I saw one 3 days later and my abscess had returned by then. The surgeon performed an incision and drainage. I was free of pain and drainage after a week. I went back 8 weeks after the incision and drainage for a follow-up visit and the surgeon suggested a marsupialization, which I would like to avoid.
Since then, I have drainage almost every day. It is yellowish mixed with blood, but now is all bright red blood.
I am new to homeopathy and would appreciate any guidance!

I have read many posts about using:
One dose of Myristica 200C
Then Silicea 6C - 3 times a day for one week or until all pus drains
Then Hepar Sulp 200C and Silicea 200C one dose separately on consecutive days in alteration.
And applying Calendula cream after cleaning.
Does the dosing change according to each individual or would this be something for me to try?

Hi,

Please explain the color of pus, if any?

'Color of the secretions/discharges e.g urine, stool, sputum, Saliva etc. - Currently, bright red'

Is this blood coming out of the Cyst? How many drops? Is it only blood or mixed with pus etc.?

Also, please explain your pain, how much and what kind?

Many many prayers for your good health.

Currently, it is just blood. A few days ago, it was a yellowish pus mixed with blood, I pressed on it to see if I could get more pus out and that was when just blood started coming.

For how many drops, I'm not really sure. I would guess maybe 4 or 5 small drops. I wear a sanitary pad every day and I usually have a small amount on it every time I change it.

The pain is more of a soreness if I have been sitting for a long period of time.

Please take Berberis Vulgaris 4X, 2 pills, 3 times a day, for 1 week.
This remedy will get rid of your bleeding and yellow pus.

Also, a daily dose of Hypericum 200C, 2 pills, 1
time a day, for 1 week.
This remedy will help reduce any pain and help in the healing of your cyst!

Please report progress in a couple of days.

A bundle of more prayers for your speedy recovery.

I found the Hypericum 200C, but wasn't able to find the Berberis Vulgaris 4X. I only saw 3X, 6X, etc.
