asking again- SKIN infection please help

This is for a dog. I realize that's not as important as a human, but she's been suffering on and off for a year and I don't know what else to do but seek homeopathy, since vets give her medicines and nothing is helping.

Her problem is a bacteria skin infection right now. It covers her entire underside from base of tail to neck. There are some welts also in the corners of her mouth both sides.

They were open sores, red and painful. She is not itchy, but she wants to lick constantly.

This started a year ago she suddenly got a similar infection after being a therapy dog at a hospital. She was also having seizures. Both were cured with homeopathy (belladonna and then silicea)

Then it started again in Nov with her skin infection under her front legs.

She is also exhausted and has not run in months and has trouble getting up the stairs. It could just be from the pain of her infection.

She is 3 years old. I tried silicea a month ago and it didn't help. I also tried sulphur 2 months ago, didn't help.

She's been on antibiotics for over a month. She had a skin scrape from the vet who said the antibiotic she's on should work.

Her blood was tested and all her body organs are excellent. She had a biopsy and it showed no autoimmune disorder, but the vet thinks this is an allergen but I can not find ANYTHING that would cause it. Everything I use to clean is hypoallergenic plus nothing is new. She had no fleas. She did have a case of sarcoptic mange that is now healed in Dec.

Her personality is she prefers warmth, always wants to be under a blanket (even when she was healthy), she is on the anxious side but very sweet and gentle to her people.

She is in a great deal of pain- her welts look like large open burns and seem to always be wet.

If anyone could suggest a remedy it would be deeply appreciated. Thank you.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
This was a photo from Feb 21.

The infection spread to cover all of the area you see that has nothing there, it's all red welts now, goes up to her chest and a few brown/black scabs on her neck.

I used 30c only for the belladonna and silicea. Which dose do I use next please? and Do I do it the same as 30c (diluted in 4oz water and gave 1 tsp of that) Thank you very much.

Thank you so much I'm waiting for the 1M for Silicea. The spots are really bad, some are bleeding.

The antibiotics I'm afraid to continue any longer since the vet told me to give her a dose for twice her weight every 8-12 hours. I just don't feel comfortable she has been on them over a month. I'm glad I refused the steroids the vet wanted her on.

May I ask homeopaths, what do you think of colloidal silver? I know it's not a homeopathic remedy, but is it something you agree with using? can it be used in conjunction to a remedy? Thank you.
