Thanks Dr.Nawaz for your good wishes :) Following are the answers to questions you have asked

1. Have you ever used HYDRASTIS CANADENSIS 30C?

No I haven't used it.

2. Please tell me about your discharges, if any, the exact color, quantity and thickness?

There are not much discharges. Only leucorrhea after the periods are over and in the middle of cycle (i presume its at the tiem of ovulation). The color is white, not very thick but sticky. Quantity is not much

3.I hope the piles have been cured by now?

Not exactly. For few months I was doing fine. Constipation had disappeared and stools were soft and easy to discharge. But the symptoms have now come back especially during my last menstrual cycle. I had hard stools which were difficult to expel. There was extreme pain in the anal region which subsisted for quite sometime after passing stools. I am feeling better for last two days after my periods got over. But haemmorhoid is there which bleeds when stool is hard. Otherwise its painless

4.Please give all of your current symptoms, mental & physical in detail?

Physical Symptoms:

i. Ovarian cysts diagnosed one year back. They were on both the ovaries. Now left ovary is left with a small cyst but the cyst on the right ovary is quite big (9 cm). My gynae advised immediate surgery but I dont wana go for surgery.

ii. Hydrosalpinx in one fallopian tube. it was diagnosed an year back but in recent scans the tube is not visible due to cyst.

iii. Uterine fibroids which persist for an year. There is no change

iv. Extreme Dysmenorrhea
All the problems relate to my reproductive system and therefore a cause of infertility. I also had irregular periods but for last 4 months my cycle has normalised. Dr.Niel suggested senecio aurius 30 for three days for regularising the cycle.

v. Acne: I always had acne since my teenage but it wasnt very severe. At times it use to become bad but again it use to subside. I have used loads of antibiotics and did allopathic treatment for years but no permanent solution to it. After few months of my marriage it became really bad. I had large cysts all over my face filled with pus which were painful and bleeding. Some were nodules, some pustules and some just sebaceous cysts. My self confidence was shattered and i wasnt able to look at myself in the mirror. It been almost two years now that it started. But Alhamdolillah by the grace of Almighty and with the help of Dr.Niel my skin progressed quite well. Firstly Sepia and then Thuja did quite well but it uses to recur (but not that severe). After Dr.Niel quit I took Natrum Mur and silicea and they did wonders. It was specially after taking silicea that even a sebaceous cyst reduced by 70% but after i discontinued with it, it again came back. At this point of time my face is 80% better than what it used to be during the worst phase of my life. Now acne mainly aggravates before n during periods. Only few scars are left. Overall I am happy about the progress and I am sure inshallah in the coming days with your guidance and suport rest will also go.

Mental Symptoms:
I am considered to be a very strong girl amongst my family and friends and I have always lead them in times of crisis as people feel I don't break easily. I am very tough mentally (in difficult times) but at the same time I become extremely emotional when its about those whom I love. I am very dominating in nature and don’t like to be contradicted (I think its because of my profession..I am a lawyer). I am very particular about ethics, morality, justice and honesty. During last few years I have changed as a person earlier I use to love arguments but now I generally avoid them. Whatever is the matter I would never do wrong to anyone but If someone does any wrong to me I will not forgive and forget. Even a small issue keeps on lingering in my thoughts and it takes time to come out of it. People think I have a very intense ego whereas I think its my self esteem. For me its like I can break but I can't bend. Despite all that I am always willing to sacrifice my pleasures my comforts for the sake of others, only if its the right thing to do. In any relationship I give 100% and expect the same from the other person. I don’t believe in carrying on any relationship just for the sake of socializing.

I dont open up very easily and initially people think I am arrogant. But once I become comfortable then they say you are the funniest person we have come across. It takes a lot of time for me to trust anyone.At times I tend to be very angry and there are emotional outbursts and I may utter wrong things which may hurt others but I realise immediately and regret and my family always forgives me smilingly as they love me unconditionally. i really want to control my anger but nothing helps me. I also tend to scream a lot when i see things are unorganised. But over all i am happy with my life with bits of tension and stress.

One important thing is that my family feels I take too much of responsibility of everyone and care too much for others thats why I tend to over stress myself which is also a fact in itself but i just can't help myself. I even worry for the education of my maids and my drivers children and I am making plans even for their future. I think I am also quite generous and also a spend thrift. So that’s what I am.

4.Your likes/dislikes?
My likes would be travelling, shopping, eating, cooking, gardening and reading. I love to spend time with my family. I love my husband a lot and my world revolves around him. But still I am a very caring daughter to my parents and sister to my siblings.
Cant say anything about dislikes. If its particularly about food then i dont like bland and boiled food. I am completely a foodie and love rich food (though i do count my calories)

5.You are better from:)
During menstrual pains I feel better from warm drinks and hot applications e.g hot water bottle. Also I feel better while lying in bed.

6. You feel worse:(

Worse from movement and cold. Even an AC room can aggravate my pain. During menstruation I have to keep my abdomen covered with a shawl even in summers else my pains aggaravate and last longer. This time dysmenorrhea lasted for three days and pains were extreme just because I had to travel somewhere

7. Please list all homoeopathic remedies you have with you at home right now?

I have the following:
i. Arsenic, bel, bryonia,camphor, ignatia, phosphoros, graphites, causticum, nux, mag mur, aconite, kreos, alumina, kali carb, kali bich, antimonium tart, hypericum, ipecac, senecio aureus in 30C potency. Calc Sulph, Cal carb, lyco, sulphur, rhustox, myristica in 30 and 200 potency. Hepar Sulph, Puls, Sepia in 30, 200, 1000 potency.Silicea in 6c, 30c and 200c.Thuja, Medorrhinum in 200, 1000, 10m potency. Natrum Mur in 30,200,1000,10M and 50M potency. Petroleum and Opium in 1000 potency

No I have never lived in KSA but many people from my family are there

What is your current location?

I am in New Delhi, India

What are you currently taking?

Last remedies I took over a period of 4 months were Natrum Mur 200, Lyco 200, Sepia 200 single dose each and silicea 6c thrice for a week.

Any other issues?

Vaginal dryness and burning sentation during coition. Its extremely painful at times and at other times it ok. Also some times there are cystic nods in the labia (barthorin gland cysts) at the onset of menstruation which generally subside within 4-5 days and keep on recurring.

Prone to constant cough/ cold/ sneezing etc in winters. At times cough for continuously half an hour. Sneezing generally every morning and also on temperature variatoon like when i open my car window for some reason i.e switch over from AC to a bit warm environment, I will start sneezing for 2-3 mins. All these things are specially related to winters/ cold weather


Thermals
Mentally I feel good in cold weather but otherwise I am a chilly person. I take cold very easily and cant stand cold for a long tim. Even in my office or home I cant sit or sleep in AC without covering myself properly. In office I occassionally take rounds of outdoors where there is no AC when it becomes intolerable for me. While sleeping I cover myself properly and I usually require more amount of warm clothes to keep my body warm. Still I prefer winters and really fond of hill stations. My feet are always cold in winter and nothing can make them warm.i don’t sweat much even in extreme summers.

As I was travelling I couldn't take it earlier. I will take first dose tonight and second dose tomorrow morning and will let you know the symptoms by tomorrow evening inshallah.

I have never taken causticum. Its just there in my homeo kit.The remedies I have used in past are Natrum Mur 30,200,1000 and sepia 30, 200 few doses here and there of both, sulphur 200 one dose, ignatia 30 n 200 few doses, bel 30 three dose, senecio aureus 30 for few days, thuja 1m twice, medorrhinum 1m once, lyco 200 twice, hepar sulph 200 2-3 doses, calc sulph 200 2-3 doses, merc sol 1m two dose, graphite 30 for three days, opium 1000 one dose and silicea 6c n 30c. I am not sure if i mentioned all or missed something. I was also under treatment of one Homeo doctor who gave me Kasep and becon for two months which i took for one month. after some research i got to understand it was combination of kali phos, sepia, bel and conium so that may also be an addition.

I will also get Hydratis Canadensis 30 and will let you know when I will have it with me.

I had sulphur 200 two doses as suggested by you. There was some stomach pain which i think was gastric. The stool was soft and very easy to pass but i could still feel fullness in the rectum (as its still there and all has not come out). There were few red and yellow eruptions on the face which may be coz of travelling.

I will be getting Hydrastis 30 in the evening. Please let me know when and how many doses of hydrastis should I take

Its been a weeks time I started Hydrastis 30. As for the present symptoms there is breakout of some pimples on my face out of which few are cystic. Mainly pimples are around nose and chin. Skin is very rough and looks quite dull and dirty(all this may be coz of beginning of summers). Constipation is there at times and at times im fine. stools are generally hard to pass at first and then become smooth. Its like first lump is extremely hard and difficult to expel but once it passes then it becomes fine. Also a very small nodule in vaginal tract (it generally occurs around the time of ovulation) which will most probably recede in few days.

These are very small things but I had to tell you as I dont have anything else to report. All my problems are internal and generally theres no pain except around menstruation. So I will be able to tell you whether i m feeling better around the time of menstruation. And the main issue that of chocolate cyst that we wil come to know only after scans which is once in a quarter.

One thing I forgot to tell you is that Doctor has told me its endometriosis. though i know in homeo you try to cure based on symptoms and not on a name of disease but still i am mentioning it to you for information.

Please let me know whether I should wait for Hydrastis to work in my body for some more time or what should I do next.

I will do that and report back in a weeks time. Just to inform you that constipation got worse. Stool was so hard to pass that it was bleeding but still i couldnt expel it. Face is also worse with red cystic acne all over. also sticky transparent vaginal discharge.

I wont call them new symptoms coz on and off these symptoms keep on coming back. Regarding the sticky transparent vaginal discharge it comes occasionally. Constipation becomes fine for few days but then comes back. Now today it was really bad that i couldnt expel it even and there was small amount of blood. Acne is becoming a bit bad but Alhamdolillah not that extreme. But yes if compared to previous 2-3 months its bad now. There are hard cystic nodules coming up on my face which are just lumps beneath the surface. Painful to touch but no opening. Few small yellow eruptions are also there. I am applying aloe vera gel and getting relief. Mentally I am doing very fine for say 3-4 months time. Even though I am going through a very critical time and health concerns which is effecting not only me but also my husband, but still I am not depressed or sad. On the other hand I am quite optimistic and sure that inshallah my prayers wil be answered, however late it might be. My husband is best one can ever have and he is extremely supportive to me in this matter. He keeps on telling me I dont want kids but I know he is just trying to pacify me so that i dont feel worse. Occasionally I may cry while praying to Almighty but overall I am in a very healthy frame of mind alhamdolillah. As homeopathy gives lot of importance to mental symptoms I am writing all this to give you an idea that mentally my state of mind is not that bad as it used to be an year back. Also acne got 90% better if we compare it to my worst phase. But constipation I would say there is no permenent relief. at times it disappears for weeks or months but again come back again. Also I got no relief in my right ovarian cyst and uterine fibroids even of an inch if we compare all the reports.

Posting you the complete details after three days.

Constipation persist. Stool comes but with difficulty and theres always feeling of fullness. On day one there was bleeding while passing stool but no pain. Now theres no bleeding but constipation for three days. Today passed some stool but not satisfactory. Due to this Im not eating much. dont feel hungry. even a half roti makes me full.

On day one and two I had some pain and discomfort in the left ovarain region which moved towards rights ovary. So at times it was one side and at times other side and at times both side. Pain wasnt severe but it was pre menstrual kind of pain. After two days of this pain my periods started today morning which is a week before the due date. Last 4 cycles were regular 27-28 days so I wasnt expecting the pain to be pre menstrual pain. However this time menstrual cramps are less than for last two months. i would say 25-30% releif in pain on day one.

Acne has reduced to great extent. So most probably it was pre menstrual acne. In fact the first day of sulphur intake, all the pimples started reducing in size and pain was gone. Now acne is very less.

Coition was extremely painful. Extreme soreness and burning in vagina. Almost impossible. Due to this pain I have become fearful and repulsive to coition.

Also had some mood swings. Tearful and sad even on minor issues but i guess thats because of PMS.

I will start on Alumina 30C. I wanted to inform you further that after my last post the menstrual cramps became worse and I had severe pain in the abdomen for two days. Its third day of my periods and I am feeling better now. Last two days were so bad that I couldnt even get up from my bed and therefore didnt check my mail. I would say dysmennorhea is worst for last two cycles. I am in severe pain and now I think I would need a remedy first to control these pains. It becomes worse with any amount of cold or even air. even if fan is on it aggravates the pain. Anything cold in nature like curd or any fruit will aggravate the pain. I cant take bath for first three days of my cycle. I am not sure but I felt as if along with menstrual pain there was flatulence as well and it was aggravating it. I will acquire cinnamon Q and will start the same post menstrual cycle.

I have completed three days of Alumina 30c and also my menstrual cycle is over. There is no relief from symptoms. Constipation is worst I ever had.Stool is so hard and despite any amount of pressure it refuses to come out. Every morning is a strucggle for me and pain is immense. There is also bleeding in rectum due to the pressure i exert to expel the stool. It comes out a little bit and then recedes back again.Its like a big lump(kind of big ball)which comes in pieces.for me its so tough even to sit on a chair. Pain is constant throughout the day.

However one good thing is that mashallah skin is doing great. Its very clear with negligible eruptions and its strange that despite suh a bad constipation skin is so clear.

Ovarian pains are there but tolerable.
