Need Help with Noise Trauma and Nose Senstivity

I have severe trauma associated with noise. My body goes into a fight of flight state which drains my adrenals. I have adrenal exhasution. I would like to know if there is a specific remedy for people sensitive to noise. Everytime I try to relax if I hear a noise it would startle me that my boyd is scared to relax and sleep. If the heat or AC goes on I cant handle the noise. I tried to do EFT to eliminate the trauma but it does not help Tried Bach Rescue Remedy and Bioplasma cell salts. Is there anything speecfic for noise trauma?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Much more information is needed to make a homoeopathic prescription with confidence. EFT and Bach Flowers are not on the same level of healing power as homoeopathy.

What trauma exactly are you referring to by the way?

I will attach my intake form. Be aware that homoeopathy is most successful when done by a practitioner in person.

GUIDELINES FOR GIVING HOMOEOPATHIC CASE INFORMATION

It is important to describe all your problems in as much detail as you are able. One word answers and short sentences are not particularly helpful. Discuss each problem one at a time, providing (as a minimum level of detail) the following information.

1. What exactly happens?
2. Describe all sensations and pains. Each pain or sensation should be described in such a way that allows us to imagine having the same pain.
3. What causes the problem to get worse after it has started occurring?
4. What creates some relief for the problem?
5. What triggers the problem into occuring?
6. What time of the day or night does the problem occur?
7. When did the problem start? What was happening in your life at that time? Did some specific event or treatment take place just before the problem started?

Move from one problem to the next, doing the same thing. IT IS VITAL THAT YOU GIVE A COMPLETE PICTURE OF YOUR HEALTH BY PROVIDING ALL PROBLEMS YOU HAVE, EVEN IF NOT CONNECTED TO THE MAIN ONE, AND EVEN IF YOU CONSIDER IT OF LESS IMPORTANCE.

As well as this, please describe any traumatic incidents that have taken place in your life. Discuss anything that has had a lasting impact on you mentally, emotionally or physically.

Discuss the way that you manage or deal with your problems, or any problems that occur in your life.

Discuss any patterns you have noticed in your behavior.

Discuss any part of your life where you feel stuck or unable to change and grow.

Describe your childhood and the kind of environment you grew up in, with reference to your relationships with your family, your school experiences, and any serious childhood diseases.

If your earlier discussions have not mentioned these already, please describe:

1. The specific foods that you crave (not just like) or hate
2. The specific drinks that you crave or hate
3. What your sleep is like
4. How the weather and the temperature affects you
5. What kinds of things in the environment you are particularly sensitive to
6. What your general level of energy is like
7. What your level of sexual energy or desire is like

Dear BribesAnnHomeopath,
I apologize for the delayaed response. I have not been able to sleep due to the noise trauma I epxerence. I wlll do my best to explain and answer the questions.

1.As soon as my body starts to relax or let its guard down such as dozing off I get a panic attack and filled with sheer terror that I wll be starteled by noise. Tha anexiety and panic lasts for hours. 3 1/2 to 4 hours at times. It feels my body is in shock I feel strange snesations in the adrneal area and the brain probably where the hypothalamus is located.

3.The probelm gets worse anytme I do hear a noise that gives me anxiety. For instance 2 days ago the Air Condtitoner was beign fixed and turned on high and I was having major panic attacks. I had trouble sleeping that night even though it was quiet. Last night was worse becasue I knew a family member would be coming home late and making noise and I was terified of being woken up so everytime I dozed off my body was in fight or flight. Even stress unrelated to noise can trigger this as well. If Im stressed Im afraid I wont be able to sleep and my body will have the same reaction. I have the fear of noise, the fear of not being able to sleep and the fear of sleeping becsue I wll be startedl.

4. I cannot find relief other than tranuilizers which I had weane off from 3 pilss a day to 1 pill a day and have been at this dose for a couple of years.Somethigs that used to help is taking supplments that lower cortisol levels at night but they have stopped working.

5. Noise when trying to relanx and stres triggers this p;robelm

7. This probelm started when I developed insomnia over 3 years ago. I never had trouble sleeping. I was the best sleeper. I had been under enormous stress living in an unloving and unsuppotritve environment. An incident occured leavng me the inablity to sleep. For several days. I found I was eaisly able to fall asleep on the couch in the living room by the tv since the incident by my paretns were not understanding. Therefore they would come out all hours of the night make some kind of noise 8n the kitchen and startle me. Everyt8me I dozed off or was sleeping well they would awaqken me. I was still too afarid to sleep in my room so I endured this for 3 months till I was terrifed of noise. Prior to th8s I have sustaiend a brain and neck injury from a chirproractor and being in an automobile accident that was tramutazing. I noticed I started beng jumpy and anxious over noise then but no probelms sleeping at the time.'

Answers to other questions
1. I crave salt
2. Dont have cravngs for drink
3. My sleep is horrible and suffer with chrnonic insomnia
4.I get hot flahses cant stand the heat
5.Im senstive to noise, smells.

6. I have no energy.

7. I have none.

Can you tell me a little more about the enormous stress of living in an unloving environment?

Can you describe a little about your general mood, how the lack of sleep affects your ability to deal with the day? Do you work at the moment?

When you wake in panic, can you describe what it feels like has happened? What is the terror 'as if' has happened? (the reality is noise has happened, but to you, what feels like has happened to cause such intense fear).

Can you describe more about the traumatizing accident?

It is very difficult to descrbe my phsycial sensations. Im also on Klonpin which is affecting my sleep and withdrawls. Disabled unable to work from the injuries and fatigue and not able to think clearly. Stress of rejction neglect and abandonement by family stressed the adrenals and hypothalamus. Physcally can feel pain in my kidneys weak.

The traumas are injuries by the health practiotners. Several diffferent incidents. Have very much fear in trusting anyone. Life altering complications from procedures.

Just now the Air condtionter went on and I felt a skip in my heart stopped beat8ng for a moment got a panci attack hearng the noise...Feels unsafe not able to relax. Gave me anxiety. Almost feels like my body reacts before Im aware of the nose in my brain. Starte with my heart. Feel crying hot flashes nduced by stress.

Feel despair hoplesness Much suffering from pain. Grief of loss of career abilty to function, trapped isolated social anxiety.

Insomnia worst. over 3 yars .

Loss of ability to function

Trapped

Isolated

So the startling awake is not like anything has happened, not like a fear of something that I could relate to?

Is the loss of career the tramatizing incident?

What have people done to create such mistrust in you?

What life-altering complications have occured?

I still don't really understand what happened to you, or what you feel like has happened to you. In a way I need both of those things - the reality, and the perceived reality.

This case appears complex, each answer reveals yet more that needs to be explored. This can make it difficult using posts like this communicate, but see what you can do for me.
