genital warts

hello. I am a 48 yo caucasian male who has had genital warts for 25 yrs. For years, I took vitamin A and it seemed to hold them at bay. They had been no a problem for many years until about 3 yrs ago. I had them burned off, put cream on and still they persist. About 3 months ago, they increased all of a sudden. More white headed warts than anything. They are mainly on the scrotum and perianal area. a couple are around the base of the penis. They itch from time to time. Nothing terrible.I would usually get or have a few (less than 10), now I have over 20! I have rubbed the white tips off, hoping that helps. it has not. Dumb i know. I have tried thuja at 6c for a week and it seemed to make it worse. I quit.that was a month ago. Now, I am still worried. I am taking vitamin b and a. and on antidepressants/anti obsessive meds. Moderate Sleep apnea is present. I have another appt to get some of them burned off in a week. Please help. tx
