Water in ear sensation

I have a constant feeling of like some phlegm is stuck behind my ears.

Lately I visited the doc as this got infected. Doc says my nasal passages swollen so it can't drain and bacteria here produced infection. So gave me antibiotics.

Now infection pain gone, but constant feeling of like some phlegm is stuck behind my ears still here. Also feel dizzy time to time. And exhausted after antibiotics.

Any advice to get rid of constant feeling of like some phlegm is stuck behind my ears ?

Thanks!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of Sulphur 30 as follows and see how that affects in a week (only 3 doses in one week).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Water in ear sensation has nearly 100% gone. THX!

However still feel a kind of phlegm stuck in back of throat (behind wisdom teeth) sensation. Ears still feel a little blocked, Eustachian tubes and nose also blocked only right side and feel like there is pressure all along sinus/Eustachian tubes on right. Left side OK. This sensation is worse in the mornings when I get up if I sleep on my right side...I am a side sleeper.

Please let me know what next.
THANKS!
