Infant gas & reflux

Hi there--
I have a 3 month old infant who has bad gas pain mainly in the night but also during the day.
He is breastfed and has mucous in his stools (they've been this way since he was 2 weeks). He has no more seeds in his stool (normal breastfed stool) they are all liquid or mucus. I have given up dairy, wheat, gassy veggies as well as many other foods but have had no success.
He also spits up a lot during the day-- curdy spit ups.
He draws his legs in pain and writhes while trying to sleep on our chests. He can't sleep for any length of time. He does like to be carried across our forearms but usually when I try to massage his belly he retracts in pain. I haven't tried heat on his belly yet. He is always bloated. When he passes gas it his loud and only stinky sometimes. Otherwise he is a happy baby. He smiles and laughs a lot. The main problem is at night because no one is getting any sleep. We only can get him to sleep on his belly, or while in a carrier or nursing.
I have tried a combo formula with: Chamomilla 3x, Colocynthia 3x, Mag phos 3x, Menths pip 3x. I give it when he is having the symptoms-- 1 pill every 15 minutes. It may help a bit to calm him, but it doesn't have a lasting success.
Thanks for any help!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give him Pulsatilla 30c one pill thrice a day for 2 days and see how it goes.
