high b.p.
I am 32 years & suffering from High B.P. 145/95 for last 9 monthsnow i am taking rowulfia 10 drops two times & glonoin 30 three times & alopathic medicine telma 40, now my B.P. is maintained at 120/80, i want to leave the allopathic medicione suggest

Your remedies are listed below:
Nat Mur 6x dose 3 tablets taken thrice daily.
Arnica 30c in the Wet dose made as instructed below taken thrice daily.
These remedies have helped many patients who present Hypertension and if you decide to use them you must stop all the other remedies that you are now using and report progress weekly.
Please note that Exercise for at least half hour on a daily basis to sweat it out is essential and is part of the cure. You will also have to control your diet and abstain from overeating and you must avoid all fatty foods.
The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:
Order the remedy in the Liquid pack in Alcohol, also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard at least 6 times before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this enhances the effect of the remedy on the user.
