Toddler Temper Tantrums

My 3.5 yr old boy has terrible temper tantrums. He's a very strong, strong willed, stubborn, fiery, smart, little boy. He has to try to do things by himself. If he can not (say like a puzzle piece), he will throw things, bang things, cry, rage, hit his head against the wall to try to hurt himself, hit, pull hair etc. It takes quite a while to calm him down. I believe it's genetic - my father has a horrible temper, very smart guy also.

He's had reflux since 6 weeks, that has gotten better just recently.

He gets colds which start as harsh coughs in the chest. Then turns into colds which take 5 days to recover from. Lots of muscus

He can be very happy and silly too. Very talkative and social. Poor and fussy eater - has to be calm and his way. Control freak. Always wants Mommy - no Daddy. Easily irritable, likes routine...likes baths....like particular letters & numbers (8 & L)

He bites his nails down until they are almost nothing. Hands and feet

- Desperately need to calm his temperment permanently so he's more agreeable, easier to take places, easier to feed, calmer tantrums

- Want to improve immunity so he doesn't get sick as often and recovers faster

Please help

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give him three doses of Nux Vomica 200 as follows and report back after 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 10 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 20 minutes before or after taking medicine.
