prickly heat in summers from 6-7 yrs

Hi All

I am 29 yrs old male.
I am suffering from constant itching on my back and other parts of body especially during summer. (April-October) from last 6-7 years.In summers all over my body especially back and thighs, small small boils occur which produce rough dry skin and itchiness

In winter there is no itching on this prickly heat. I can't withstand direct sunlight in Summers as I feel tense itch and irritation on my back.

Is this prickly heat ? I have taken Sulphur 30 many times but no success. Please suggest a good medicine to me for stopping this itching and prickly heat due to warm and hot weather.
