Allergies
Hi ThereThis is my first time posting.. I am hoping for some help for myself and my 10 month old daughter.
I have asthma since childhood; prior to that I had constant chest infections and had anti-biotics.. I always seemed allergic to everything - had eczema and hayfever - this is helped with zince/vitamin c. Also allergic to animals.
I was shy/withdrawn child/quiet.
I have taken cortico-steroids since childhood but now trying to wean myself off them and would like a remedy if possible. I get a 'heat' feeling in my chest - associated with tightness.. I also have sinus trouble 'blocked' feeling.
My daughter is 10 months - has constant runny nose which develops into chest infection without anti-histamines. She has eczema - dry/red/itchy on her chest/back/face/legs. She has also had an ear infection due to the mucous.
She is a live-wire - very sociable/active/doesn't like sleep- almost overactive. Loves babbling/ laughs a lot
Please let me know if you need more info..
Thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
The remedies below applies to both you and your sweet little daughter to improve the general immunity and have a beneficial effect almost immediately:
Calc Carb 30 - 1 dose
Phosphorus 30 - 1 dose
Lycopodium 30 - 1 dose
All these three remedies to be taken on the same day, but not every day. Take it only once in 4 days. Give a gap of 2 hours between the dose. One example could be 9AM, 11AM and 1 PM.
Please write after 2 weeks.
For general instructions, please see my Profile.

Hi Reva
Many Thanks for the reply - just for me to clarify - when you say a gap of 2 hours between the dose do you mean for example :
Calc Carb at 9am
Phosphorus at 11am
Lycopdium at 1pm
OR do you mean take a dose of each every 2 hours?
Thanks - I am new to this..
Also - I have chosen not to vaccinate my little girl - do you suggest any homeopathic remedy (once we have finished this course?)

Yes, it is one dose of each, as you have given:
Calc 9am, Phos 11am, Lyco 1pm. Give a gap of 2 to 4 hours, if lunch falls in the middle. It is important to take medicine either 1 hour after food of 30 minutes before food. No drinks or food for both 30 minutes before and after (my Profile has further details)
Sure, afer you have given this, I will give a course, if you decide to stay away from vaccination (staying away is really good)
I will need to know your city and country to know your average temperature and humidity.

Hi Reva
We have taken the remedies as suggested over the past few weeks. My daughter's cough has improved (but her skin has not). This may also be due to the fact that the doctor changed her emollient cream.
I haven't really noticed a change in my asthma symptoms either. I still need to take my steroid inhaler twice a day and wake up sometimes short of breath/wheezy.
