Left Ankle Swelling for the last 3 months..Please Help

Dear Doctors and Fellow Help Seekers.

My sister's left ankle is swollen since the past 3 months. She heard a slight tearing sound in her left foot while getting up and it is since then that her ankle experienced swelling. There is no pain.. only slight discomfort and burning sensation whenever she puts down her foot on the ground. What could this tearing sound indicate as her ankle/foot did NOT twist or turn...there was NO accident or injury as such

IMPORTANT:- She has undergone all tests like X-Ray, Doppler, Blood and Urine tests, and Sonography...And all results are clear; there is no deformity or irregularity.

Her details:
Age: 26 years
Weight: 70 Kgs
Height: 5'8''
Diet: Healthy

Kindly advice the right kind of treatment in terms of medication and are there are any other Tests to be done to identify the cause of swelling. How to test for veins and valves functioning.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give her 2 pills of Arnica 30 and Rhus Tox 30 (at a time) in the morning and evening for 7 days and report back.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
