Lower back pain and stiffness since 2 weeks
Hi All,I am a software programmer.
I am suffering from back pain and stiffness since 2 weeks. It started automatically when I was doing my routine work on my laptop at home. Initially when it started, it was stopping me to stand straight. I was feeling some weakness in my lower back. After doing some hot water fermentation and taking an OTC painkiller with the muscles relaxant it relaxed a bit. After 2 days, I was able to stand straight and even now I can stand and even run. I usually go for light jogging in the morning.
My details are :
Age : 30 years
Sex : Male
Occupation : Software Engineer
Diet : usually balanced with veg and non-veg
Habits : No cigrette, Pan or alcohol
Weight : 90
Height : 5' 8'
PROBLEM :- Even after 2 weeks, I am feeling stiffness and pain in my lower back. I feel it is like a spasm or muscles cramp. Please help me with a proper medication with details like how to eat and at what intervals and whether it is liquid or pills.
