How to improve memory

Hello Doctor! I hav a problem of forgetfullness.can u suggest me what should i do.

Problem:forgetfullness whenever i do something i forget after few hours.like when i put off my glasses, watch,etc anywhere then next mrng i forget that where i have kept my glasses and search to find them them my sister or mother gives me help to find them.Same is the case with my study.

dear patient,

I too agree with dr. aksh and would suggest you an other brain tonic keep it togather with KP and i.e. Aswagandha-Q, a remarkable remedy for memory (15 drops empty stomach and 15 at night) and give feed back after one month.

dear doctors

hope u will b fine.
i want to ask a question. that i started to use arnica 30 in wet dose today for my hair loss.
can i use kali phos 6x and aswagandha q(i have checked from homeo medical stores but i could not got yet ashwaganda) parallel with the arnica.
