Regarding symptoms, There is dimness in my vision. Dimness creates more problems in white light because things seems little blur and little dark. Similarly in night, i have problem in because of little blur and darkness. I can see floaters in my eyes. Some floaters are small dark dots and some are semi transparent spider and some are gel type floaters(gel type floaters are visible in white light while moving eyes slowly). Cosmetic vision of eyes is little affected,, i feel people faces little dull(not able to explain exactly) and low resolution things like some picture/fonts in computers seems little blur/foggy. In evening sometimes, i feel little pain in eyes due to this dimness. According to checkups, this is because of i have many lattice area(thin area in retina) in each eyes and lattices are having many very small holes. According to doctors, i was having little degeneration from 2-3 years back. But it suddenly increased while playing table tennis one day. I was having sneezing on those days. As doctor said 'there is no obvious research in this lattice degeneration's reason. Sudden jerk or weight lifting could be one of reason of this sudden fast increase in problem as retina already expands large in high myopia cases'

Take Eupharsia 30, three times a day for 4 weeks. Report once a week

one dose in 2 pills. Even better is to prepare a wet dose and take it as wet dose. Google for Joe De Livera wet dose Arnica. He gives a detailed description

Sir let me explain my situation in details.
i am 33 years.
