Help Please and Thank You! - Knee Osteoarthritis and Other Things

Hello,

I would greatly appreciate advice on any remedies that might help me. I am scheduled to have surgery on my left knee due to an old injury/malalignment. Over the years of favoring this knee however, my right knee has also worn down the cartilage and I have developed severe osteoarthritus in both knees and have minimal cartilage left. I am 33 years old. Is there anything I can take to regenerate the cartilage and/or help with the pain I have?

Additionally, I suffer from depression, gluten intolerance, food allergies, TMJ, severe hair loss, headaches/migraines, extremely tense shoulders and neck, and fatigue. I do not know if this is related. I'm taking a thryoid medicine for hyperthyroidism because my body is making reverse T3. I also take progesterone because my hormones fluctuate incorrectly. I started taking antidepressants two years ago after 30 years of depression. I hope this helps. and Thank you very much in advance.
