3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
depression, anxiety, laziness sometimes, stress, mood swings, lethargy, migraine headaches, sometimes lack confidence because of weight

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?
I feel that I have been suffering a lot mentally and physically and want it to all stop so that I can be healthy and happy. Sometimes get suicidal thoughts but very rarely. I don’t understand why all this is happening to me and that I don’t deserve all this and worry about my parents and my future.

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
Financial pressures at home since childhood. I did not get the things and get to have fun and grow like a normal child my age would. I matured at a very early age. I started thinking philosophically about God, human beings, pain, suffering and all probably when I was in 4th or 5th standard. My parents were not exactly happy and were depressed. I used to have very bad throbbing headaches since childhood. Mostly when I used to be out in the sun. We were well off probably for a few years after I was born. We had friends and parties all the time. After financial problems, my family became unsocial. We rarely used to have any friends or relatives to talk to.

6. Which time of the day you are worst?
Probably evening

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?
Sun, Stress on eyes – sitting on computer for long without proper lighting, using projector in training, movie halls etc., General stress, intolerance to noise, light.
Things that help: Resting in a dark room without even a little light and no sound, moderate exercise, deep breathing

External stimuli like light, noise, stress
