This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I will do my best to help you.

Can you fill out my intake form for me?

GUIDELINES FOR GIVING HOMOEOPATHIC CASE INFORMATION

It is important to describe all your problems in as much detail as you are able. One word answers and short sentences are not particularly helpful. Discuss each problem one at a time, providing (as a minimum level of detail) the following information.

1. What exactly happens?
2. Describe all sensations and pains. Each pain or sensation should be described in such a way that allows us to imagine having the same pain.
3. What causes the problem to get worse after it has started occurring?
4. What creates some relief for the problem?
5. What triggers the problem into occuring?
6. What time of the day or night does the problem occur?
7. When did the problem start? What was happening in your life at that time? Did some specific event or treatment take place just before the problem started?

Move from one problem to the next, doing the same thing. IT IS VITAL THAT YOU GIVE A COMPLETE PICTURE OF YOUR HEALTH BY PROVIDING ALL PROBLEMS YOU HAVE, EVEN IF NOT CONNECTED TO THE MAIN ONE, AND EVEN IF YOU CONSIDER IT OF LESS IMPORTANCE. You should address each problem separately using the above 7 questions as a guide.

As well as this, please describe any traumatic incidents that have taken place in your life. Discuss anything that has had a lasting impact on you mentally, emotionally or physically.

Discuss the way that you manage or deal with your problems, or any problems that occur in your life.

Discuss any patterns you have noticed in your behavior especially concerning your disease.

Discuss any part of your life where you feel stuck or unable to change and grow, especially where this occurred around the beginning of your disease, or as the disease evolved.

Describe your childhood and the kind of environment you grew up in, with reference to your relationships with your family, your school experiences, and any serious childhood diseases.

If your earlier discussions have not mentioned these already, please describe:

1. The specific foods that you crave (not just like) or hate
2. The specific drinks that you crave or hate
3. What your sleep is like
4. How the weather and the temperature affects you
5. What kinds of things in the environment you are particularly sensitive to
6. What your general level of energy is like
7. What your level of sexual energy or desire is like
8. Describe your menstrual cycle

I will probably have more questions for you after that.

I also need to know what homoeopathic remedies you have taken in the past, and what the results were.

Please don't self-prescribe, especially not a remedy like Aurum which is a very powerful medicine.

There are 5000+ medicines, and I can assure you now that you will be unable to choose the right one for yourself. None of us can - it always needs an objective person to examine your case.

I have had food poisoining just recently, which interfered with my ability to analyze cases. I am looking over your details today.

The remedy looks to be quite clearly Calc-carb. The fear of being observed by others, fear of being looked at, the keeping your eyes down so as not to catch attention, the feeling of not being normal, the desire to hide - this is all a very powerful Calc-carb picture.

Because of way you express the state, I would like you to get Calc-carb 1M. I will have you take one dose only but let me know when you have it, so that I can advise you on how to take it.

It is likely you were not given a high enough potency of Calc-carb. It is also likely that the dosage was not right for you - abandoning a remedy after 4-5 days is not usually appropriate in a chronic case.

You are still taking Lycopodium? You must stop, this is very dangerous. You will have to wait a week or so after stopping before taking another medicine.

I had no idea this was going on. This might change everything. We will have to see what happens when the lycopodium wears off - and hopefully that wont take too long.

It is not the best way to take homoeopathy. This is the best way to palliate your problems and eventually suppress them. You do not need to take daily doses of a curative remedy except in very specific circumstances.

By takine medicines this way you will cover up problems, and possibily drive them deeper. It is very dangerous prescribing unless you are 100% sure the remedy is right, and the specific patient situation calls for daily dosing.

It appears to me you are not better, as you started this post by saying you are more depressed and worthless than ever. Who knows how much of what you are feeling has been caused by these daily doses of the wrong remedies.

I cannot see pulsatilla in the case I am sorry. If you want to take it that is your choice but I will not be able to guide you any further.

The most important thing in homoeopathic treatment is to have trust in your practitioner, and to let go of trying to control your own case.

Pulsatilla is selfish, they want everything to revolve around them. They want special gifts, kisses, they want to sit in your lap, they want everyone to pay attention to them. If you don't, they cry, they pout, they get angry, they sulk. Pulsatilla must be number one in the lap (or the adult equivilent) and look out if they are not! They are almost impossible to please in this way, irritable, complaining, but all done in such a way as to think they are nice. They are not. They are manipulative, scheming, sickly sweet which covers up a volatile and conniving nature. People will say about Pulsatilla 'They seem so nice, but I am constantly drained around them, I can never do enough, I feel suffocated by their constant demands!' Its me me me! when dealing with them. As long as you give them everything they want they are lovely, but the moment you turn away to do something for yourself or for someone else, then it all goes to hell - crying, stamping feet, emotional blackmail (you don't really love me!) and so on.
