psoriasis since childhood

Dear Dr.

I am suffering from psoriasis since my childhood.mu age is 34 right now.Effected areas are

Both hands (palm side completely and finger joints effeted including nails)
Both elbows and knees
Both feet (bottom side completely and sides)

I have taken all type of medicines,alopath,desi and homoeo.Since its alopathy treatment is not there so i started homoepathy treatment in 2008 and taken these medicines for 3 years details are as

Kali-Sulpy 30 6 months
kali-sulph 200 6 months
kali-sulph 200 thuja 30
6 moths
kali-sulph 200 thuja 200
6 moths
Lycopodium Clavatum 200 Nat Mur 200
6 months

But no cure i am at same state as 3 years ago

Some in Pakistan told me that above medicines are not so good and not appropriate treatment for psoriasis.

Please help me for this chronic disease i am fed up now

dear patiant please take psorinium 1m three dose firist day after one hour every one.then one dose daily for a week. then one dose after a week.repeat up to four doses.then one dose after every 15days up to 3 months. you will be curred inshaulla.
