iron deficiency+ghair loss

hi
i hyave been suffering with great hair loss from past 3 years. the volume of my hair has reduced to half.
just a week back, i went to my skin doctor for pimples and hair loss problem and i found after tests that i have iron deficiency anemia.i also feel weak and get tired easily.
there is not much hair loss presently but still in 3 years i have lost almost half of the volume.
the doctor gave me iron and vitamin supplements for hair loss but those made me feel uneasy.
so i stopped taking them after 2 days. i am also overweight and don't loose weight easily...i started exercising 2 months back and instead of weight loss i have gained weight 1 kg.is it due to the deficiency?
can anyone pls help me by telling iron supplements in homeopathy targeting my iron deficiency as well as hair loss.

Rishimba has designed a very good Questionnaire (Set of Questions) for case taking. He designed this long back. i have been using these questions whenever i think that full case taking is needed.


Patients can use this questionnaire for submitting their cases. The effectiveness of remedy selection is directly proportional to the details provided by the patient while replying these questions.

Please answer the following questions in a descriptive manner after careful analysis and recollection of previous experiences and happenings.

1. Describe your main suffering?
A. main suffering is the hair volume that has been reduced to almost half in 3 years time plus the iron deficiency that has come in the blood test.


2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
A. apart from this, i am getting acne or pimples on my face.


3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
A. there are no such mental sufferings...the only thing is that i feel very worried about the reduction in my hair and just want them to be as they were 3 years back and also weight issue..plus i get tired very easily.

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?
A. very agitated feel like crying and feel very angry at the same time

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
A. i don't really know when did it start as it was a very slow process..but 2 years back i had tenea versicolaris due to dandruff in my scalp.there were little spots on my back and neck,,but i got them treated from my doctor..ever since i also suffered from dandruff which was not in the form of flakes but very much...but last year i took ozone treatment on my scalp that helped in dandruff.


6. Which time of the day you are worst?
A. don't know...but may be in the afternoon or around 6-7pm, i feel irritated at times.

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?
A. as far as my hair is concerned, i get aggravated whenver i just hold tight my hair and find them too thin to hold and it is ameliorated just by letting go off the feeling that my hair volume is reduced...
i also get tensed about my weight and then i start an exercise regime to help it in some way.


8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?
A.no. i don't think so..may be initially it started off with dandruff problem and i also had lies in my hair once plus the iron deficiency has definitely been a reason about which i came to know just few days back.


9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
A.i hate hot and humid weather. i just cannot stand hot weather. i feel very very hot otherwise also, more than others. and winters is fine, but then i feel this very hot feeling on my cheeks in winters about 3 to 4 times a day, which i came to know is a symptom of iron deficiency and i guess this hot blows on my cheeks are also a reason for acne.

10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.
A. MOODY, ARROGANT, ARGUING, LAZY, IRRITATED EASILY, CHANGEABLE.

- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?
A. no such specific feeling...its just normal

- Do you like being consoled during your tough times?
A. may be a little...but i find a solution of my problems myself...by crying or by just being strong

- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?
A. very much...i easily get distracted by any smell, noise etc. and can easily sense one also.

- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
weeping, talking to one self etc?
A. my mind keeps on working all the time...and also i get irritated very easily and almost over any thing.

- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?
A. i am unmarried and i am very much emotionally attached to my family, parents and loved ones...extremely over attached, to be precise.i just want to always keep them happy and fulfil their every wish and feel very scared to be departed from them.apart from this,as concerned the people who are on the wrong part or are manipulative, innhuman and play some games all the time..i just hate them.

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?
A. i have dog phobia due to an accident in my tender years when a dog ran after me...since thenm i am damn scared of dogs.
not dreaming as such, but yes daydreaming of having good carrer and being happy with my loved ones...which is obvious and natural for everyone.

12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?
A. something sweet in 5 to 10 days...chocolate at times and may be rajma rice and some junk food..,in 15 days or so.
aversion might be cooked carrot vegetable.


13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?
A.less...may be just 3-4 glasses a day.

14. How if your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?
A.normal

15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand?
A. no

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?
A. NORMAL...HEAD...LIMBS

17. How is your bowel movement and stool type?
A. i have a constipated body...otherwise normal stool but constipated at times. i am very sensitive to non-purified water and may be to unhygenic food...i,e. i catch infection easily.

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?
A. good sleep--i usually sleep on my stomach...or on the sides...very less on my back.


19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general?
A. yes

20. How do you think you are different from others, if at all?
A. may be more hard working and ambitious, more truthful and more good at heart and close to god.


21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?
A. doctor gave me iron and amino acid supplements for my hair and also antibiotic for pimples but they made me uneasy and little sick...so i stopeed them after 2 days and want to take homeopathic iron medicines for my hair and deficiency.

22. What major diseases are running in your family?
A. no such major diseases...my father has diabetes since 2 years and my grand dad and grandmom also suffered from diabetes and also my uncles have diabetes but there is no family history as such.

23. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance
A. i am 5 feet 2.8 inches tall and am little overweight...and i look like a healthy girl but not too fat...only healthy.

24. (ONLY FOR FEMALES)

If you are not having normal menstrual cycles, please answer the following questions:

- Are the periods early, regular or late in general? How long do they last?
- Do you suffer from any kind of physical or mental discomfort before, during or after the periods?
- Is the flow scanty, normal or excessive?
- Is the blood thick bright red or pale watery?
- Do you notice any clots in the flow?

A. i get perids regularly but they tend be to be a little late at times...not more than 10 days late...but i guess that is normal...flow is normal and i experience abdominal p[ain and pain in thighs and legs at times before periods and during first 3 days sometimes..periods lasts for 6 days...i notice very klittle clots at times.

I have a solution for you as my daughter age 17 had the same symptom in the past a year ago as you do now, I , bought her a neem oil shampoo there are many brands as long as it has neem oil its good there’s no specific brand. I bought it at a Indian store they always have it cheaper then the internet, also I put her on vitamin D2 and D3 to assist with hair growth. And for her acne on the face & body I, bought her a neem oil facial soap and Neem oil body soap and neem oil capsules to take every day 2 capsules a day in the morning or at night . (Important do not take any prescription medicine from your dermatologist it will be bad it causes many problems & loss of vision. )There’s only 1 side effect on the neem capsules when taking it for a y.r the female will not able to get pregnant in the future but if this isn’t a problem for you. Then go ahead & try it. these are available at any Indian store.

As for the Anemia you need to eat beef meat or beef liver it is high on Iron & drink ½ cup of Prune juice with pulp (not concentrate) its high in Iron & fiber it even helps constipation or to cleanse the intestines this requires more as 2 cups of prune juice for a colon cleanse and of period of 5 days, As per your weight loss issue there is something better where you will not be deprived in your diet, You can eat anything you want, I listen to my Paul McKenna CD Hypnosis called,I Can Make You Thin, I started last yr in January 2010 on new year eve. Please take three doses of Pulsatilla 200 as follows and report back after 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
