I just purchased the Sepia 200 here at a health food store in the US. It says to put 5 pellets under the tongue as a dosage --- Is that what you would recommend as well?
Also, would you mind looking at my other post entitled 'Hair Shedding and feels 'prickly at roots'? I am not clear on what 'akshaymohl' suggested as far as dosage (has not responded back to my clarification request)---- and whether that remedy would be what you might suggest as well- or perhaps another?
Thank you so much--
