This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You will have to give him plenty of fruits like Papaw, Bananas, and if you live in a temperate country fruits like Plums or the dried variety, Prunes. Also plenty of water which is essential to keep the bowels in motion.

Nat Phos 6x will also help and you can give him just one tablet after each of 2 meals and see if it helps.

You cannot be serious in your statement that a 4 year old boy does not eat a normal adult diet. Milk is OK till about 10 months of age and the child must be put on solids after that time as an addition to the milk which is also an integral part of his diet. You will have to make up your mind about giving your son the food that you must give him to help him grow to be an adult.

His problem with constipation cannot be solved with Nat Phos and it is essential that you give him the diet that he must have at his age.

Consult a pediatrician if you do not wish to accept my advice.

Here is what you stated in your first post:

'he is thing small, fair skin week bones its happening since he was 6 monts old.'

This is not at all a surprise as your 4 year old son is not receiving the nutritious diet that it is your duty to give him as a growing child who cannot possibly exist on a milk diet. You are the father and it is in your hands to ensure that he grows up to be an adult who will be proud to call you his father.

I do hope that my advice to you will NOT FALL on deaf ears.

dear Joe. thanks alot for you reply. he is very resistant when we ask him to eat something. he eats meatballs (Chicken) rarely. takes a piece of bread after 36 hours. he likes minced meat but not very often. we are giving him food supliments with milk. but everything intake vs milk ratio is high. if there is any medicine which increases his hunger will may be of any help. we are very anxious. I cant explain how much we are worried about him. considerring you an angel I have contacted you.

I am glad to note that you have tried your best to entice him to eat normal food and I cannot understand the reason why he just refuses to do so.

Have you consulted a pediatrician and has he been checked for any internal parasites?

I presume that you are giving him the standard vitamin supplements that will help to increase his appetite and make him hungry.

Let us hope that the Nat Phos 6x I prescribed will also help him. You may even increase his dosage to 2 tablets after lunch and dinner and shall await your report of his progress with interest.

'he eats meatballs (Chicken) rarely. '

I hope that these meatballs are not what you can buy in supermarkets.

They are always loaded with Saltpeter which is the permitted preservative and this too will cause other problems in a small child.

Saltpeter has been recognized to be highly carcinogenic.

Dear Joe, I buy meatballs form supermarket. oh my God, I never knew that. I will stop giving him this from now. he is taking nat sulp 6x ater every meal i.e 3 times a day. yestarday he ate small quantity of 'paratha' (flat bread fried in olive oil)

I believe that we have identified the root cause your your son's problems which I believe was due to his daily encounter with Saltpeter in the processed MEAT BALLS.

I am copying below from Wikipedia on Saltpeter:

Potassium nitrate is a chemical compound with the formula KNO3. It occurs as a mineral niter and is a natural solid source of nitrogen. Its common names include saltpetre (saltpeter in American English), from Medieval Latin sal petræ: 'stone salt' or possibly 'Salt of Petra' and nitrate of potash. The mineral nitratite also named Peru saltpetre or Chile saltpetre (American Peru saltpeter or Chile saltpeter) refers not to potassium nitrate but to the natural mineral form of a similar chemical sodium nitrate. Major uses of potassium nitrate are in fertilizers, rocket propellants and fireworks; it is one of the constituents of gunpowder. When used as a food additive in the European Union, the compound is referred to as E252.

It is unfortunate that this chemical Potassium Nitrate is not BANNED for use in food but it is a very cheap method of preserving meats and is the main preservative used in Sausages, Ham, Bacon which I presume you do not eat for religious reasons.

You stated:
'he is taking nat sulp 6x ater every meal i.e 3 times a day.'

May I know the reason why you are giving him Nat SULPH 6x?

I prescribed Nat PHOS 6x and there is a world of difference between the two remedies.
STOP the Nat SULPH IMMEDIATELY.

I would not recommend that you give him fried food in his present delicate condition. It is no wonder that your son was not eating his food as you have been feeding the wrong food and what is worse giving him fried food which makes his condition worse.

Please request your wife to ask for advice on feeding your son from her Mother who would not have given her processed meats when she was a child.

I am relieved.

Thank you for confirming.

I hope that you will act on my recommendation ASAP to get your son back to normal immediately:
