Please reply to Dr. Mahfooz for better advice. On the basis of given info i think Nux Vomica 200 may help.

sir/maam, i have tried gelsimium, cimicifuga, iris, ruta, nux vomica, and sanguinaria. but the simtoms still persist. my blinking doesnt stop, my head aches, it aches while reading, watching tv, speaking loudly, and doing some straining work. the pain in head is relieved by resting, pressing with hands, drinking some water and pressing the eyes and ears with fingers.

Yes we need a case here, not a single line of general symptom names.

GUIDELINES FOR GIVING HOMOEOPATHIC CASE INFORMATION

It is important to describe all your problems in as much detail as you are able. One word answers and short sentences are not particularly helpful. Discuss each problem one at a time, providing (as a minimum level of detail) the following information.

1. What exactly happens?
2. Describe all sensations and pains. Each pain or sensation should be described in such a way that allows us to imagine having the same pain.
3. What causes the problem to get worse after it has started occurring?
4. What creates some relief for the problem?
5. What triggers the problem into occuring?
6. What time of the day or night does the problem occur?
7. When did the problem start? What was happening in your life at that time? Did some specific event or treatment take place just before the problem started?

Move from one problem to the next, doing the same thing. IT IS VITAL THAT YOU GIVE A COMPLETE PICTURE OF YOUR HEALTH BY PROVIDING ALL PROBLEMS YOU HAVE, EVEN IF NOT CONNECTED TO THE MAIN ONE, AND EVEN IF YOU CONSIDER IT OF LESS IMPORTANCE. You should address each problem separately using the above 7 questions as a guide.

As well as this, please describe any traumatic incidents that have taken place in your life. Discuss anything that has had a lasting impact on you mentally, emotionally or physically.

Discuss the way that you manage or deal with your problems, or any problems that occur in your life.

Discuss any patterns you have noticed in your behavior especially concerning your disease.

Discuss any part of your life where you feel stuck or unable to change and grow, especially where this occurred around the beginning of your disease, or as the disease evolved.

Describe your childhood and the kind of environment you grew up in, with reference to your relationships with your family, your school experiences, and any serious childhood diseases.

If your earlier discussions have not mentioned these already, please describe:

1. The specific foods that you crave (not just like) or hate
2. The specific drinks that you crave or hate
3. What your sleep is like
4. How the weather and the temperature affects you
5. What kinds of things in the environment you are particularly sensitive to
6. What your general level of energy is like
7. What your level of sexual energy or desire is like
8. Describe your menstrual cycle

9. Also give these details

a) Body type and build
b) Skin colour and texture
c) Areas of the body tends to perspire on
d) Odour of sweat, body, stool, flatus, urine
e) Colour of stool, urine, sweat

10. Give any reactions to vaccines or medical drugs.

Please do not give me a list of rubrics. Once the case is given, in your own words without any reference to remedies or rubrics, it is my job to determine which symptoms to use, and then to translate them into rubrics.

I am sure you are trying to be helpful, but this is not helpful at all.

sir thank u for your response

1 the first major problem is the involuntary eyes blinking. i am suffering from this problem for the previous one year. i don't know clearly that how this problem arose but i think this problem arose by persistant reading books and magazines, which is my interest area. when i start reading book or watching tv or any conversation with my business people, the blinking starts on its on. so sometimes i have to conversate by closing my eyes which looks odd. i try to pull eyebrows up for opening the eyes. but when i leave the eyes to thier condition they blink for about 10 to 20 secends and when i stop and consentrate on opening the eyes they stop. sometimes people ask me whether i heve drunken liquore.

2 the second major problem is headache. sometimes headache stars with blinking and sometimes before. but the whole head from top, sides, back and temples start aching. when someone pressess the head some relief is sought but the pain is long lasting. then i have to eat analgesics tablets. but with headache an urge to vomit starts and i am scary on swallowing these analgesics. the moment i tiped this much of the text the symptoms start accumulating.

3 the third major problem is gas and flatulence and everybody wants to remaine away when i pass the gas.i try to controll my eating but gas is not controlled.

4 the problem of blinking and headache becomes worse when i read, write, sing, loud voice like horn, discussing with the customers as i have a retail shop of readymade garments, watching tv, computer etc.

5. i get relief when i stop talking and close my eyes and put my fingers in the ears. i feel relief fro darkness and sleep, or just taking rest.

6 excessive reading, computers, loud talking, dancing, singing, strong light, discussion etc trigger the problem into occuring

there is no particular time when the problem occures

7 its about one year the problem started and i was indulge in preparing for the exams when i noticed this problem. and it was only one month remained in the delivery of my wife.

8 moreover i am suffering from gas which is chronic. there is no specific time that when this problem started. this is the problem i am having from the birth.

9 when i drink milk the gas problem aggravates

10 the gas problem diminishes when i skip one or two meals

11 my hairs are graying from the sides. the people say this is because of the tension and reading and studies. my age is 30 years and i have lot of gray hairs.

12 after the delivery of my wife i had a male baby. but one month after he fell ill and the doctors suggested me to take the baby to the post graduate institute of medical research and training, where i spent my one month in great tension, and taking allopathic medicine constantly. but my child died one month later of that. he was suffering from central hypoventilation syndrom. this was the greatest shock of my life.

i am confident, mature, handled my wife, i am the man of high thinking. i face the problems firmly and i like chellelges in life. so i indulge in anything that attracts me.

regarding my behaviour i feel i remaine angry most of the time. i do not want to be disturbed in my work which leads to more worsening of my symptoms.

i could not appear in the exam because of the problem i discussed regarding my child.

no matter my wife is still pragnant and i am happy and try to make my wife happy.

i grew up in a joint family where my dad and my uncles and my grandma always fought with each other as is the case with typical indian families. my father was a drunkared had no job to do but was an unsuccessful homeopath which led us to incline towards homeopathy. he beat my mother regularly. my mother worked in a factory and i also helped her in her homemaking. when we three brothers grew older then we revolted against the father. my father expired one year before the death of my child because of leaver failure, high blood sugur, etc.

i like simple food. i am indian and eat most of the time vegitarian food.

there is no specific food item which attracts me

there is no specific drink which i crave for. i drink every drink

i have very sound sleep that nobody can wake me up. i dont know what is happening near me when i sleep.

in the hot summers some pimples like boils emerge on the skin of the face. i tear apart the old skin and new skin emerges. but this was the case when i was poor and i had to work under the sun. but now i remaine under air conditioners and this is no longer a problem

i am very sensitive to cold and i even have choryza and i am cured by one or two doses of natr mure 30

i have moderate level of energy and i tire very early

i am a male so my sexual level is normal. but when i married i thought i have low sex because of more and more urge but less erectile. but when i managed i came to the normal life

i had athletic body, but now i am somewhat fat and my weight is 60 kg

my skin is fair and have no marks on it

i have perspiration in whole body when it is too hot.

i have very bad odour of flatus, stool and mouth

color of stool is light yellow, the urine color is also light yellow

i am always ready to give answer to any of ur query.

thank you

Can I ask you to describe more to me on the shock that came from the death of your son?

I know this forum is very public and I am sure this is a sensitive issue, but I would like to understand how it affected you, and how you reacted.

brisbanehomoeopath last decade
I have an idea for the remedy, but I really need to know more about how the death of your son affected you, what happened to you immediately afterwards, how you reacted for the following weeks and months.

it was the third trimester of my wife or we can say it was the month of august 2010 when i noticed the twithing problem. on 24 september 2010 a male baby was delivered. i was very happy but the problem aggravated as i was simultaneously preparing for my coming exam in may 2011. we regularly took our baby to the family doctor in the first month because we regularly saw irregular behaviour of the baby. but the doctor diagnosed again and again but with no ailment. we were happy because the baby was all right. on 30th day of the birth of the baby he became blue, with eyes swolen and low saturation. i was not home that time because i had gone to the nearby hospital for my check up. the doctor was an allopath and after diagnosing me told me that i am suffering from migraine in which sometimes eyes blinking occures. he prescribed me medicines. i bought those medicines and went to that hospital where my brother admitted my child. the doctor told us that the saturation of the child is very low and we need a specialised hospital and research center. so we took our child to that center which was 150 km away from our home. so we took our belongings with us. me and my wife and my wife's brother spent one full month in that research center eating the same medicines. but the problem of the baby was not been diagnosed. the doctors told us that he was suffering from central hypoventilation syndrom. my baby was becoming thin and thin day by day because of the regular blood test and no feed as he was on ventilator. with no results seem to come i took a decision to discharge the baby from research center and shift to the private hospital in our city. within two days of the shifting the saturation of the baby got further down and he died. for the beginning two or three days i blamed myself for the death of the baby because it was my decision to shift him. i also thought of committing suicide but i faced the situation. for so many days i didn't go to the shop and didn't talk to the people and attended the phone calls. but i was to see my wife also, so i decided to leave that to the destiny and started paying attention towards myself. in the meantime i tried the above mentioned homeopathy medicines as i was fed up with the allopathy medicines

i can handle any question, so feel free to ask any question

thank you

Manojpuri2050 last decade
How long did you feel that way after his death - not wanting to go out, not wanting to talk to people? What were your feelings then - you felt guilty, suicidal? Anything else? What did you do at home during that time?

brisbanehomoeopath last decade
for about two weeks i remained at home, taking care of my wife and mother. i remained sad for the next two months but the first two weeks were horrific. at that time i tried to remain in the dark away from my relatives talkin to myself and watching the pictures of my baby in the lonliness. reading books and magazines to divert my attention from that incident were central to my concern. i tried yoga, meditation etc. i had no fear of anything at that time. but gradually after a month the things started changing to the normal as i started going to the shop. i started attending to the people in a general way. but i had no aspiration for anything and for that i left my idea of giving exams and tried to live as simple life as possible. but i am not sad from my life as i have good wife, loving mother, good business and anything to live a happy life.

Manojpuri2050 last decade
Ok, the remedy I believe you may need is Phosphoric acid.

Could you procur 200c in either pillule or liquid form, and you will need a separate bottle and dropper (approximately 15-30mls in size) plus some spirit alcohol. When you have all of these things, let me know and I will give you further instructions.

brisbanehomoeopath last decade
sir i can procure phosphoric acid 200c in liquid form from the nearby homeopathy dealer. what else i need?

Manojpuri2050 last decade
Just the separate bottle and dropper, with some alcohol to mix the remedy with.

brisbanehomoeopath last decade
the remedy already have alcohol in it. do i need to get alcohol separately and alcohol separately is available in the form of wine or whisky. do i need that?

please clarify.

if it is wine or whisky, then i have it at home, what to do with that.

Manojpuri2050 last decade
is that alcoholic beverage we consume at home or anythin else

Manojpuri2050 last decade
You could use whisky.I typicially use vodka or brandy.

In order to properly use a remedy, the alcohol content must be much less than what it is in the bought bottle. It has to be around 20% so you need to remake it in a new bottle for dosing.

brisbanehomoeopath last decade
Yes i have everything ready with me. Now how to use the remedy

Manojpuri2050 last decade
Mix 1 part alcohol and 5 parts water into the small bottle with a dropper. Place 2 drops from the bottle you have bought, into the second bottle. Allow it to stand for 10 minutes.

For each dose you take follow the following steps.

Hit the bottle firmly against the palm of the hand twice only. Place 1 drop into a 1/4 cup (60ml) of water, stir thoroughly, and take 1 teaspoon into the mouth. Throw the rest of the cup away.

Do this once today, then do it again in two days. After that wait another 2 days and report to me what has happened.

That is two doses only.

brisbanehomoeopath last decade
This is very low quantity of the remedy. I have taken it. But would that work? Previously i have been taking 10 drops of the remedy in the water.
