Joe, I wanted to thank you for your advice with Arnica. I had Mirena IUD and noticed that my hair started falling out, so I removed IUD and started taking Arnica after I read your posts, that Arnica is the right remedy. The same time I was stressed because of school. I have two children and I got into medical program, so I am very busy with school and have time during the night to study only. When I go to bed it is very late and I could not fall asleep right away, I would lie in bed for an hour, thinking what I have to do the next day, planning. After I started Arnica I fall asleep right away. My hair is still falling out, luckily I have very thick, long hair and a lot of it, so it is not that noticeable. But I was amazed that my big toe nail, that was deformed over 10 years ago, and was growing uneven and deformed got healed and is smooth and normal now. I have seen doctors before and pedicure specialists, who were telling me that nothing can be done for that nail, removal of it, so that the new one grows would not help, because its shape is permanently damaged. I showed my toe to my husband yesterday and he was amazed. Before he did not believe that homeopathy can heal, now he is very perplexed. I could not be more happy.I was taking Arnica in pills under my tongue twice a day. I read that you advise to put it in water, will 3 pills dissolved in water work?

I do not remember advising you but I am very interested in your statement about your toe nail which originally was deformed perhaps due to some injury and has been cured by the action of the Arnica which you took in the standard pellets twice daily.
Arnica is by far the best equivalent of a 'Sleeping tablet' and you may like to know that I have been taking a dose of Arnica 30 for the last 17 years nightly before I go to bed and at age 82 I am convinced that it is Arnica that keeps me in my present state of wellness which is the envy of many who are half my age.
For the purpose of recordI would like to know what the potency of the Arnica you used was as this information is of interest.
Your hair will benefit from the standard therapy I prescribe which I shall copy below:
The loss of hair is usually arrested in 2 weeks and in 2 months the new growth of hair is seen between the existing hair roots. Inspection for the new hair must be done in a darkened room with a flashlight by someone who has good eyesight.
The remedies are as noted below:
Arnica 30c in the Wet dose taken twice daily.
Arnica Q or Mother Tincture to be mixed with Olive Oil to be massaged in a 20% emulsion daily into the hair roots. the 20% emulsion is made using 20 parts Arncia Q mixed into 80 parts Olive oil. The emulsion must be shaken hard to emulsify with the Olive oil immediately before application daily into the roots of the hair daily after a shower.
Ferr Phos 6x 3 tablets taken twice daily.
Cod liver oil capsules dose 1-2 daily.
Exercise is essential to sweat it out.
Drink at least 3 liters of liquids preferably water daily.
No harsh shampoos.
The Wet dose is made up as follows:
Order the remedy in a 5ml Ethanol pack also known as Liquid Dilution.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake it hard to produce bubbles.
This is homeopathic succussion and must be done every time before a capful of the bottle which is the dose is sipped as directed.
Report progress in a month or earlier.

Joe, I did not ask you personally for advice, I read your recommendations to other people on this forum, when I was researching the remedy for my hair, and I came across your posts to the people who had problems with hair, so the next day I got me some Arnica pills. I was taking Arnica 30C pills twice a day, one time in the morning and 1 pill for the night time. My toe nail became deformed 10 years ago, when I was 17, it was my right big toe nail, a big heavy container fell on it, and the nail started splitting and peeling off, and when it started growing, in that place it was very wavy and not even.There is very little evidence left of what it looked like before, I was not taking anything else but Arnica 30C.
I have bought 2 packs of Arnica pills for my friends, to try, it is a great remedy. Thank you for the advice of the wet mount, I will use it.

You may not realize the importance of your discovery and your record of how Arnica helped your damaged Toe Nail to return to normal. This cure has never been recorded before as far as I am aware. It would be of interest to learn how long it took for the Arnica to help your toe nail to return back to normal.
I believe that the Arnica worked to restore the damaged tissues by increasing the blood flow to the tissues behind the nail and thereby returned it back to normal.

Joe,I have been taking Arnica for a month or so now, and I have just noticed that my nail got restored couple days ago.

It will therefore be safe to presume that your nail was restored to normal in a month. A nail will however take from 4 - 6 months to grow from the bottom to the top and if as you state, it has returned to normal in a month, this can indicate that the visible nail was also helped to straighten itself.
The fact remains that your deformed toe nail was straightened by the action of the Arnica.

The deformation was in the middle of the toe nail, there is still a little trace left there, where you could guess that it was deformed, but one would have to look very closely, when before it was very obvious and I had to paint my toes very dark red color to hide the deformation. I wish I had a picture of what it looked like before, I do not though. I just hope that the effect is permanent.
