Can one use 6x instead of 6c for a wet dose?in the place i live they sell it as just 6.. all confused..
need advice.

No these are completely different. In fact 6x might actually be dangerous when used for some substances, as some material of it may still be present.

6 usually denotes 6c but you just need to check with the pharmacy if in doubt.
